Taco Bell, please don’t remain open at times that you cannot maintain any quality control or good service. From the girl at the window tonight not greeting me or responding when I said hello (just looking at me with skepticism, and no one was behind me placing an order where she couldn’t talk), to only one strand cheese in one of my tacos. The others had very little cheese and hardly any meat. This is a joke, frustrating, and I will make sure my family and I will not come back.

Service is usually fine but the food is very often COLD! I’ve ordered bean burritos on multiple occasions that come out actually cold. Dry tortilla, Cold beans and cheese isn’t even melted. Please make them fresh, not ahead. It’s crazy. Fix this!

When I’m eating at Taco Bell, my expectations are already pretty low. That’s why it’s so shocking how consistently awful this location is in spite of that.
It’s Taco Bell, they provide tasty food through drive-through, i’ve eaten here in 20+ times my order is always correct, staff is always nice. I ordered 3 items today and my bill was $16 which I think is high for fast food but everything is expensive these days!

I only gave 2 stars because I’ll always go back for the food however, customer service is terrible. The is usually no one on front counter since they switch to kiosk. That means the dining room is typically dirty and trash cans are full. Restrooms were a saving grace as they were clean. But, service was still slow. Come on guys. I know we can do better.
