It was disappointing. We haven't been there in awhile and it sounded good. We ordered the beef mucho nachos combo meal from the drive thru. All of the chips were soggy in the 10 minutes or so that it took for me to drive home. On top of that, I was charged extra for the medium drinks that I think were already included with the combo meals AND it wasn't even the same price for the Med Dr Pepper as it was for the Med Coke. How does that even happen? I don't know what they were doing but I was over charged and the food wasn't good this time. Very disappointing.

They had a radio playing so incredibly loud I couldn't hear him at the register. We asked him if he could turn it down or off please. He turned it off after giving a hateful look. Not all customers want music so loud you can't hear the people you are eating with. Very disrespectful 😒

The food was plentiful and tasty. The dining room was well attended to. However, the building structure is in disrepair. The entry door was broken and didn't close, even after bringing the door closed. Some window frames appeared to be separating from the wall. It looked poorly maintained. Also, there was NOT any lighting in the parking lot. It's too bad. Taco Bueno 🌮 offers such delicious meals, but this restaurant is in poor shape.

Bait and switch. They try to trick you into paying more and refuse to honor advertised prices. Highly illegal. Advertised whole lot of platter as 10:49 and rang it up as 10:99. I will be reporting to the FTC since you refused to honor the price. I know what you’re trying to do!!!!! Check your receipt!!!

This restaurant is extremely hit or miss if you’re actually getting what you ordered… last 3 times I have visited my order has been incorrect, and staff doesn’t seem to care.

The urinal had a leak near the flush valve. The food was less than warm (queso was not warm). Most of the windows have a fog look to them and side glass doors.

Overall very poor experience. Very disappointing. This has been my first time in a long time to eat at a taco bueno, and I won’t be coming back.
When my order was taken, I was not even given my receipt (among others as there were multiple piled up coming out of the register) I ordered takeout so I could eat in the truck. I got a bueno burger, chicken quesadilla, and a small drink. Over $13 for these items.
The bun on the burger was so old and stale, it was like chewing on cardboard. I mean it had to been sitting out for days on end to get as bad as it was. I hoped the quesadilla would redeem my order, but no. It was put together so poorly that 2 of 4 slices didn’t even have chicken in them. Just tortilla and cheese.
This whole restaurant just shows a lack of effort. The employees don’t care.

I was there last night to get some muchacos for my family, I stop on the spike someone said (I will be with you in one min.) Time pas almost 6 min. Nobody said anything I try to spike with somebody Nobody answer, I pull up to the window I look around and was some employees hidden i can see them, so one of them didn't have an option so she come to the window, and ask me for my order .when I say I want some muchacos they say they don't have it, so for employees like this the companies go bankrup!!
