They gave me an ice cold taco. Everything was so cold like the entire taco had been frozen and thawed. You could feel it through the paper. The sauce container were ice cold too and the sauce half frozen. Shocked they served this. I thought they made things to order. They remade it for me but by that point, I didn’t even want to eat it. No more Taco Bueno cravings for me.

It was disappointing. We haven't been there in awhile and it sounded good. We ordered the beef mucho nachos combo meal from the drive thru. All of the chips were soggy in the 10 minutes or so that it took for me to drive home. On top of that, I was charged extra for the medium drinks that I think were already included with the combo meals AND it wasn't even the same price for the Med Dr Pepper as it was for the Med Coke. How does that even happen? I don't know what they were doing but I was over charged and the food wasn't good this time. Very disappointing.

Waiting for food and employee is sitting down watching a novel biting her nails. After ward she notices and she stands to work and doesn’t wash hands. Also placed her phone on food line. Knowing phones are dirtier than toilets

They had a radio playing so incredibly loud I couldn't hear him at the register. We asked him if he could turn it down or off please. He turned it off after giving a hateful look. Not all customers want music so loud you can't hear the people you are eating with. Very disrespectful 😒
The food was plentiful and tasty. The dining room was well attended to. However, the building structure is in disrepair. The entry door was broken and didn't close, even after bringing the door closed. Some window frames appeared to be separating from the wall. It looked poorly maintained. Also, there was NOT any lighting in the parking lot. It's too bad. Taco Bueno 🌮 offers such delicious meals, but this restaurant is in poor shape.

Bait and switch. They try to trick you into paying more and refuse to honor advertised prices. Highly illegal. Advertised whole lot of platter as 10:49 and rang it up as 10:99. I will be reporting to the FTC since you refused to honor the price. I know what you’re trying to do!!!!! Check your receipt!!!
