Nice place. I keep coming back for the sweet and sour fish but the last time I ordered it, it was 30-40% less food so they kind of ripped me off there. Hopefully they don't do it again but for 16 bucks the portions are no longer worth it so buyer beware

Greatest Chinese restaurant in Frisco. Staff is extremely friendly, and the food brings me back to my childhood. I love this place!
Poor customer service. The older lady that takes order over phone, is very impatient. She rushes you on your order. I don't think she means to be rude, but she doesn't need to deal with customers. Food is ok, but I won't order ever again.

We have been going to Tasty Garden for 7 years. Today we decided to eat in the restuarant. Both my daughter and I ordered orange chicken, and it was really bad! There was hardly any chicken in it. The chicken that was in there were slivers of over fried chicken. The rice portion was way smaller than what they give you in the to-go boxes. On top of that the rice was either old or just over-cooked.

If I can give a zero stars I would. I came in Friday afternoon. I got a chicken friend rice and a coke. After I paid I said don’t forget red chili sauce. She said it was 50 cents. Mind you I’ve been here before and never paid for chili sauce before and I didn’t want to swipe my card again. I filled up my drink and I told her I was never charged for chili sauce and she continue to say it’s 50 cents. I told her well she can keep the drink and refund me my entire order. She said she can’t refund me and refused to give me back my money because the drink was already poured out and I wasted her product. I told her I never consumed it and I don’t want it anymore. She said she won’t refund me that the food was already made and I asked her again to give me back my money she continued to refuse I asked for a manager and she said no one is here and they won’t give me back my money. Some other lady came and voided out my card in 5 secs. They’re trying to rob you here. So disappointed and disrespected here. I will never come back!

Rare these days.The General TSO's Beef, which is rarely even offered even in some larger restaurants, was excellent! Smaller appetites, the portion could be split.Dumplings were great! Egg drop soup, average. Crab Rangoon, average.Timing for pickup order was perfect.I highly recommend this location!

Our favorite tiny Chinese restaurant! The hot and sour soup is delicious, and the chicken in garlic sauce is so good! I was super happy to open it and find that the veggies included were carrots and celery! I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews for Tasty Garden— the food is always hot and fresh, and the people are so nice! It’s also a great value for the portions given— I usually get 2 meals out of one portion!
