I really hope the owners read these reviews because some adjustments are definitely needed. I was looking forward to liking this spot since it’s close to my job, but unfortunately, I left disappointed.

I ordered the hu tieu noodle soup, and it lacked flavor. The small plate of veggies they served with it looked like it had been sitting out for a while—definitely not fresh. The service was fine, and the restaurant itself is spacious and clean, which I appreciated. But overall, the food just didn’t hit the mark.

I probably won’t be back unless I start seeing better reviews about the food.

PS: Please use lime, not lemon. It makes a big difference.

The sharing fee is ridiculous. The restaurant asked for the fee when I need a small bowl.

Super friendly staff who took the time to explain the menu. No wait, great atmosphere, and everything we ordered was delicious, including the specials. They added chamoy to the outside of the mangonada, which looked great but made it a bit messier than I preferred. Overall, a genuinely great experience.

Terrible Experience – Please Read Before You Go

I went here with a friend and we ordered a spring roll, a pho with shrimp in beef broth, and another pho with fatty brisket. From the very first sip, the broth had a strange, unpleasant smell. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they just used stronger spices than other places. But then I tasted the meat — it was stiff, chewy, and had such a strong, off-putting odor that it genuinely made me question whether it was spoiled.

This wasn’t a matter of personal taste. It felt unsafe to eat.

We took one bite, immediately asked for the check, paid, and left. But what shocked me even more was the staff’s reaction — or rather, the lack of it. Not a single person asked us if something was wrong or if everything was okay. Just a quick “thank you” as we left. No concern, no curiosity, no care.

That’s when I realized — this place isn’t interested in improving or taking feedback. The only solution is to never come back. Please don’t go. Save your time, your money, and your stomach.

We’ve been here before and none of our experience were this bad. We went again yesterday and oh my.

First off, what’s with the $5 sharing fee?? “Excluding children”. So if I’m paying for your food … I can’t decide how to eat it and who to share my food with? That doesn’t make sense!

We got the Bo kho which was mediocre. The Singapore style chicken with rice was absolutely disgusting. It was like eating chicken jerky. The driest chicken ever. There was barely any meat on there as well. Then the pho … the meat were all chewy. We usually finish all of our food, especially when it’s Vietnamese food but not this time. The food was just so bad.

They also play French music LOUDLY. Did I want to eat nasty food while listening to French music?? NO.

Then after we paid, they asked us if we wanted a receipt. I said yes to make sure they charged us correctly. Especially with that weird $5 sharing food fee … and their recipes is not an itemized recipe. Figures. Sketchy.

I will never come back to this restaurant again. It started out as mediocre back when we came the first couple of times but now it’s just terrible all around.

This place is absolutely terrible. The portions of pho are getting smaller, the servers' attitudes are increasingly rude, and we found a lot of ants at the condiment station. Even without providing any decent service, the waitress Mi forced us to leave a tip and even yelled at us, telling us not to come back—even though she’s just a waitress, not the owner. We will never return to this place. If the real owner sees this review, fire this awful waitress immediately. She’s speeding up the downfall of this restaurant.

Nicely set up, chill vibes
Absolutely THE BEST vegan bánh-mi I have ever had. The bread is perfect and tofu is super flavorful.
Vegan pho is good too.
I've never managed to try anything else coz these are so good. Lol

I like the food, but what I ordered, a meatball sandwich, was a little too salty from the meatballs' side. The other ingredients inside the Vietnamese style sandwich were good, such as the sauce, the pate, and all other trimmings that were good to make the sandwich less dry. If I knew it was on the salty side, I would tell them to go less on the soy sauce at the time I ordered it. My girlfriend ordered another one, but this time, she told them to go less on the salty stuff. My girlfriend ordered bún bo hue for herself, which she said was good. Overall, it was a good place to eat.

They put the credit card fee $2.50 extra to the sales tax without disclosures.
Should do that in a Ethical way.

Restaurants sometimes pass on credit card fees to customers without disclosure because it can be seen as a way to offset the cost of processing those transactions, potentially improving their profit margins, but doing so without informing customers can be considered unethical and may violate local laws depending on the jurisdiction, as it essentially forces customers to pay a hidden fee for using credit cards.
