They put the credit card fee $2.50 extra to the sales tax without disclosures. Should do that in a Ethical way.

Large place, clean, food was delish and plates were humongous. Waiters were very nice. Very cool and laid back atmosphere.

The pho was not great. I ordered a large, which came with lots of noodles, but very little meat and almost no green onions, onions, and cilantro. Texture of noodles and meat was soggy. Broth was okay.
The atmosphere was nice, but it did not compensate for the poor quality of food. The pho was cloudy and not flavorful. Tasted like lots of MSG was added. On the bun thịt nướng, the pork was dry and tough like it had been reheated. My catfish kho was OK, but nothing I would come back for. The atmosphere is nice so it is disappointing that the food quality does not match. I hope that non-Vietnamese people do not think that this restaurant is indicative of Vietnamese cuisine. There are much better options.

I went with my 4 kids, two of those are babies. We try the Pho. The broth taste weird. We love Pho and tried so many places in different states... Now the worse parts .. my kids need a fork for the noodles and I have to be the one getting up and get the fork myself after asking twice. At the end the charged my a service fee hide of over $15 that I did not see, the guy moved the tablet quick then he said to me tip sir. After I press the tip I notice the service fee on top of the bill.. I am not coming back . The only good is the decoration and the space.

I used to frequent this restaurant when they first opened and from what I remembered we enjoyed our meal. First time visiting in a while and WOWWW the quality has changed.
Ordered Fried egg rolls - first of all you could tell they were underdone just by the color they were near WHITE. Absolutely no flavor returned these to the kitchen immediately Chicken pho & beef pho - the worst pho I have ever had. Tasted like they boiled the pot with a single beef bone and a tonnnnn of star anise.
And here’s the cherry on top: when we paid for our uneaten meal and checked to see if they removed the eggrolls from the bill (they did remove it) THERE’S A 3.5% CREDIT CARD FEE!!!! This has got to be a joke honestly feels like a scam never have I ever heard of this. The servers do not tell you before hand if we didn’t check the tab ourselves we would’ve never known. I saw another review complaining about a high sales tax charge and it must be this.
