Honestly, the Brass Tap in Frisco is fantastic. Celeste is fantastic bartender and make sure your well taken care of. She make sure the bar cleaned and pours a perfectly good beer. The food comes out quickly and made perfectly. I would highly recommend this location.

We came in on a week night knowing it would be slower than usual and it was later than the dinner rush. The hope was to not have to deal with crowds and food prepped with out the need to rush cook and mess it up. Unfortunately the place smelled of sewage and it made eating a bit difficult. To my husband it was noticeable and my sons said it was bad but not as bad as I thought it was. I ordered the burger based on the photo and what I got was not anywhere near it. The photos show a thick patty that is made by taking the mest into a ball and pressing gently while keeping it thick. My actual burger was a patty that had been shaped before being frozen with 23 other patties. It tasted like it had freezer burger and didn’t even have a char look to it. With the smell and the taste of the food it was not a pleasant experience at all. Cutting corners for making a profit by switching to frozen hybrid meat patties is not going to keep anyone coming back. The server was nice and that was about the only thing good that came from it. We’ve been there a few times in the past but it seems like it’s no longer American taste driven because the meat is not Texas flavored meat and the smell was horrible. There was only 8 diners including us when there and it was very somber.

I've been to other Brass Tap locations, and had a great time enjoying a game and chatting with friends. This was really disappointing. It was not even half full inside a little before 8:30pm on a Saturday, and the acoustics are so bad that I couldn't hear the person across from me. Then, they started blaring metal music, which don't get me wrong, I enjoy metal music sometimes, but not at a sports bar so loud my ear drums hurt and am unable to hear the hostess because of it. We barely made out it was a karaoke night, and us and a half dozen people left upon hearing the excessively loud metal music for a few minutes. It's just not relaxing to chat or watch a game with that. Probably won't be back to this location, and it's unlikely ever on a Saturday for sure. Should have been suspicious why there's hardly anyone inside a bar on a Saturday night. I know 8:30pm is a little early, and it's summer but still. It was disappointing.

Horribly loud and obnoxious music it hurt my ears and I could not hear anyone at my table, nor the staff. Menus were dirty and filmy.

Great laid back environment. Really enjoy how part of the bar is facing the outdoor patio area. Food is really good
We live by The Brass Tap in Prosper and absolutely LOVE that location — it’s one of our go-to spots for a laid-back night with great food and drinks even with the kiddos en tow! So wouldn’t you know it, I find out there’s another one just about 10 minutes from my auto detailing & ceramic coating business in Little Elm. Talk about a win! Same awesome vibe, great food, and a huge beer selection that never disappoints. Whether you’re there for a quick bite, hanging with friends, or just winding down after work, this place nails it. Can’t recommend The Brass Tap enough — Frisco and Prosper both have solid teams running these spots!

Celeste and Peyton are the best!! Favorite lunch or after work HH spot!!
My husband and I used to go once a week. The food used to be amazing. They constantly change the menu. They took the italian sub off (even though the staff told the owner a lot of people loved it). The chicken used to be hand battered but now it is that over processed, hard breading, school cafeteria grade frozen chicken. Then they raised the price 3 dollars for the chicken that tastes bad lol!
We were completely ignored by the two servers for 20 minutes. Got my own menus and seated myself. Had to ask three times for my drink. Food brought to us without silverware. Food was good though. Probably won't be back!
Fun place to go and have a few tasty drinks or enjoy the delicious selection of food on the menu.
