We celebrated my sister’s birthday at The Glen and overall, the meal was very tasty. The ambiance was nice and our waitress, Vivica, was absolutely awesome—attentive, friendly, and professional. She truly elevated our experience. However, our evening took a very unfortunate turn due to a brawl that broke out during our visit. Glasses were thrown, and it quickly escalated into a dangerous situation that required a police response and a hostile takedown of those involved. It was alarming and unsettling to witness. What disappointed me most was the lack of response from management. No one came to our table to check on us or offer any kind of acknowledgment of what we had just endured. While I understand that the incident was beyond their control, some form of consideration or gesture—like a discount or even a sincere apology—would have shown respect and appreciation for their patrons' safety and comfort. Great food and stellar service from Vivica, but the lack of management accountability in such a distressing moment left a sour note on an otherwise special evening.
This was my second time to the Glen. I ordered a medium rare steak that came out well done sent it back and the next Steak that came out was beyond rare. The first time I was there the Steak that I had was AMAZING so not sure if the cook is different or what happened this time around. The server was extremely friendly and comped us dessert to make up for the mishaps with the Steak.

Went for a bday dinner yesterday and Ryan was great but it definitely felt like he was too busy for us at points due to the longer waits. Ordered the lobster pasta & the lobster was way too chewy and ended up not finishing the actual lobster. The rest of the food was great but I would've told Ryan about the Lobster had he came and checked on our table sooner. There was 2 other bdays in the same section so I understand but he wasn't around from dinner to dessert and by then everyone had finished.

Beautiful atmosphere but it was a struggle getting service or even a greeting for that matter if you are a person of color seems you’re not wanted at this establishment we sat and watched other people being greeted and served before us, and we’ve been there before them

Definitely the vibe of a nightclub (not sure if they are or not) trying to serve food. We were there for Valentine’s brunch. The music was really loud and it was dance music which is odd for brunch. We ordered the biscuits for an appetizer and mussels for the main course. The biscuits were pillsbury-straight out the can. They were cold and hard. The mussels were ok. It was supposed to be a shared portion, but it was pretty small. I felt bad for the female wait staff -they were super nice and attentive, but their uniforms were booty shorts and tank tops….at brunch….in 40 degree weather. They had to be freezing. Again I think this would be a cool nighttime, drinking place, but definitely not for food.

I visited The Glenn in Frisco this past Friday for a birthday dinner, and while the ambience and food were amazing, the service was incredibly disappointing. Our reservation was at 7:45 PM, but we didn’t receive bread or appetizers until 9:15 PM—and to make matters worse, our appetizers arrived at the same time as our entrées. Waiting over an hour and a half for food and drinks was frustrating, and we eventually had to get up and order drinks from the bar ourselves.
The most disappointing part was the lack of attentiveness from our server. Despite being in a private room near the kitchen, service was unacceptably slow, yet we were still expected to pay a $33 gratuity per person for a server who barely checked on us.
That said, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, Javier at the bar was so helpful/knowledgeable and kind, and the overall atmosphere was great. If the service at the tables matched the quality of the food, this would be a top-tier dining experience. Unfortunately, based on my visit, I’m hesitant to return.

We chose this spot for our 2025 Galentine’s celebration, and overall, it was a great experience! Our waiter was fantastic, though the service was a bit slower than expected. It didn’t seem like the restaurant was too busy, so it felt like our waiter might’ve been juggling too many tables, which wasn’t really his fault. The drinks, on the other hand, were excellent! Despite the minor delays, we would definitely return. The complimentary valet service was a nice touch and added to the overall positive experience.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent decor. Different dinning areas including a heated patio. The acrobat show is an excellent touch. Unfortunately the music is too loud and doesn’t allow for a nice conversation. Main meals are a little overpriced. Good service.
I've eaten here several times; the gimmicks are cool, but the food is lacking. Menu keeps changing like they can't find their niche. I can remember 1 cool server, the rest were arrogant or moody like we were bothering them by being there. Bartenders are hit or miss, seems like they've got different ones every weekend. Pretty sure the DJ is hard of hearing and mad at life. Lowest rated biz around the Star for all the right reasons -you've been warned.

Sat at the bar and I wasn't greeted at all. I had to asked a team member for a menu. Saw others being taking care of and the staff made me feel unwelcome. I got the memo and left.

Had a 630 reservation for 2, arrived at 620. Decor and ambiance seemed nice, very unique. We were seated at a table that was directly in front of the door to the outside patio. Didn’t realize this as it was dark. Not ideal since it was windy and 40, felt like we were sitting outside. I had to keep my coat on during dinner as waitstaff and customers were continuously entering and exiting. Food was OK, not terrible, not great. I expected more flavor for the price. We ordered the shrimp appetizer which had a good amount of shrimp but lacked flavor. Ordered the chicken and arrived sitting in good amount of butter on the plate. Also ordered the filet mignon, which had flavor and somewhat tasty.
We finished our meal, paid the check, and were finishing our drinks. The waiter approached us and said “unfortunately we are going to need your table” as they were setting up the table next to us. The policy at this establishment is for 2 people 1 hour 30 minute limit at a table. It had been an hour. I found it rude and unprofessional and not behavior of a top class establishment to basically ask your paying guests to vacate their table when they are still finishing up. This is why I rated the atmosphere what I did. It turned sour real quick. Little did they know, we knew their policy and let them know that. I will not return, nor recommend this. You can get better tasting food for a slightly better price. It’s clear you are paying for the experience of the decor and entertainment.

If you love great food this really isnt the place for you. I got that vibe after reading a few reviews but thought we would try it as the atmosphere looked cute. It definitely is a photo op kind of place and a fun environment. But we really enjoy our food experiences. It was a memorable price $$ at an unmemorable food experience. Drink menu also looked fun but nothing spectacular either. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

Don't waist your precious time & money planning a birthday celebration here! We received the worst greeting upon arrival. You would think we were aliens that just landed off a space ship. Extremely weird! The waiter didn't explain the menu nor spend ample amount of time making sure service was sufficient. In addition each serving was brought out by two different team members other than our designated waiter! They didn't know who got what and where to place items, crazy!!! Then, drum role please, the crab cake appetizers, large scallop main entrée and sides were cold!!!!! I just gave up and stopped eating. We roughly spent $300 on some cold food and a d_____ show. And don’t forget $20 valet parking. They need to hire an Executive Chef to execute that end of the business because the general manager isn't cutting it! In addition, provide more training for the host and hostess a.s.a.p!!! Their main responsibilities are to include:
Greeting and seating guests with a SMILE.
Managing reservations and walk-ins.
We should of stayed home and made some banging crab legs. Good night I'm going to bed.
