Visited Green Gator Frisco for the first time tonight. For dinner and to see the Saturday night rock band with 10 friends. We were there for over an hour no one came to our table. My husband asked two different waitresses for service and they both told us they were serving large parties and could not serve us! My husband went to the bar for drinks and ordered dinner. Again we waited. A waitress set someones food down at an empty table and walked away. She came back after a few minutes and brought the cold food to us! I felt very unwelcome and the staff made it even worse. The band was great. That was the only reason we stayed.

Food was not good at all. Wife got the country fried steak and I got the blackened red fish. A lot of money for a thin small piece of tasteless fish topped with crayfish that looked and tasted like pencil eraser, came with three pieces of undercooked Asparagus and something they tried to pass off as dirty rice. We both ate 3-4 bites and that's it. Had their Guinness on draft and that was horrible. The Guinness was old and not properly taken care of. The staff was very friendly. All I had to do was taste the Guinness and I knew how the rest was going to be... sad

I wouldn't recommend coming here to eat. I can't speak to the drinks, but the food and service is just meh. I ordered the shrimp tacos, which were the circumference of my palm - TINY. There were three of them in my order and absolutely nothing else - no sides, no guac or sour cream, no chips no salsa... nope just three miniature tacos for $18!!! The little baby tacos tasted good, but I was still starving and broke when I left. Our drinks were never refilled except one and it was only right before we left. No thanks.

This was our first time at Green Gator and Ryan made our experience so worth it! They will definitely see our face a whole lot more. The Blackened Catfish was amazing and the Breas Pudding!!! OH MA GOODNESS! Just Try It. It’s made with Magic! Thank You Ryan for not only the Amazing Customer Service but you actually played a part in Uplifting the rest of our night! We had a great time laughing and just feeling at home with our experience. Thanks Brother.

I was there for picking up. As I walked towards the counter, two ladies saw me and still busy on their own thing without greeting. The food is nice, but I suggest that they have to improve on greeting the customers. They totally ignoring me for no reason, I assume it could be racism issue.

Ever since the flood scam green gator has been been trash trash trash and the service is just as bad as the food plus it’s always something missing from what you paid for and they think your lying about it I’m pissed at this point 60 something dollars gone down the drain
The food was great but Jordan was the best!!!! She is the epitome of excellent customer service! From the time she walked up to the table until the time we left, she just made our whole day!! If I wasn't old enough to be her mother, I would have exchanged phone numbers so we could be BFF's!!!

Green gator suck the food sucks the service sucks never again and they fry everything in the same grease chicken taste like sea food badly on top of this the owner is rude with a nasty attitude
I didn’t think about doing a google review until I had an issue with my meals I purchased that made my husband and I sick yesterday. I tried calling the manager to see if I could rectify the situation and let them know what happen so it doesn’t happen to anyone one else and instead of feeling like a 2 year valued customer I was treated like crap by management and the owner. The owner called me dumb and accused me of slandering his name on Google so here I am, thanks for the advice! I said the service was better before the flood on the phone with him because the people I dealt with yesterday were extremely rude to me. On top of that he’s tells me $50 isn’t a lot of money, but it shouldn’t matter how much it was because that’s the average of what I spend each and every time I comes I’m not just a one time customer and service should still be superb or I have the right to say something about it if the food wasn’t right. Now I’m being threatened by him saying his lawyers is looking into a Google comment that wasn’t made yet but here it is after the fact so please feel free to look into this one or start from scratch because I’m free to say whatever it is happened to me and if $56.81 really wasn’t a lot of money to you, you would have given it back for the sloppy food and sloppy service your company provided. Thanks for nothing but vomit and diarrhea !
