great birthday celebration site! “speeak-easy” feel, cozy & fun weekend entertainment ( fire dancer, guitar vocalist & ring acrobat artist...a fun surprise to the being. awesome food...even w/limited menu ( no salads/no chicken dishes)....very meat/lobster focused menu...which was awesome! this seems to be the “theme” vs”sister-restaurant “, The Glen, next door. the only downside...volume of music was loud the entire time...made it a challenge to “visit” with friends really great date-night /GNO spot!

Came here since they were open late and we wantes to have a drink and chill. Atmosphere was cool, laid back. Server was was on point, cheerful smiling and happy ans helpful. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back. I ordered a couple Old Fashions and had a strawberry lemon drop martini. Drinks were great and I would definitely come back..

One of my worst experience going to The Monarch. The server was cold, drinks were expensive, food was okay, noisy, and a good value for the money I spent.

Upscale lounge with elevated, curated cocktails and excellent wine lis, Live music, classy, swanky vibe and superb service. Perfect for business outings, date nights or intimate gatherings.

My date flew in for business and he’s a huge whiskey and cigar guy. I drove 3 hours from Houston and didn’t want to go anywhere else but here. Above all. This place is IT!
Very low profile, great vibes, live bands, delicious food and wonderful cocktails!!

Everything about this place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering. Don’t walk — run!

I recently had dinner, drinks, and a post-meal cigar at The Monarch Stag — and as always, it did not disappoint. I come here often because I love the vibe; it's the perfect place to unwind with like-minded people who just want to relax, have a great time, talk sports, and enjoy the incredible drink menu. It's also a great spot to get a little work done if you feel like mixing business with leisure. The cigar selection is absolutely unreal — one of the best in town. Our server, Miclaine, was fantastic. She was kind, attentive, and had great recommendations for both food and drinks. My parents and I had a wonderful dining experience, and her service made it even better. Highly recommend The Monarch Stag — whether you're there for dinner, a drink, a cigar, or just good conversation, it never disappoints.

Upscale whiskey lounge with a lot of unique cocktails to choose from. We just stopped in for a cocktail and appetizers. There are plenty of options for those who don't like whiskey, as well. Food and drinks are pricey, but that should be expected from an establishment like this. I recommend visiting if you want to try something you can't get just anywhere, or for a special occasion. The vibe was great, and the live music was a nice touch as well.

Will not go back. Found charges on our bill for things we did not order. Notified the Monarch and they have not been helpful at all. Not worth a return visit.
