Whatever happened to this vibrant place. Some very unhappy people working here with no smile on their faces. Used to be my favorite coffee shop. They gave me cappuccino that was scalding hot. Real baristas don’t make it that way. Time of visit 3/4/2026, 2:50 pm.

It is bad to see a great place like this going down in service and food. We used to be here every weekend with the family. Now, the lady that takes the order usually is on her phone and takes the orders like you own her money. Bad atmosphere between employees and always late with food. Hopefully gets better

Husband and I used to get brunch here, and my goodness has the quality of the food and customer service gone downhill.
Its not a very welcoming atmosphere when you aren't even greeted and then rushed at the counter to place your order, only to be met with a look of annoyance buy the person at the register. Its very frustrating having to tip before service when its lacking.
The overpriced food and beverage was the worst part of our last visit. We both got food poisoning (mind you we both had different menu items for food and drinks, only having water as a similar item).
The restrooms are unfortunately not kept very clean either. Old eyelash extensions and hair at the sink, just overall looked like it wasn't being cleaned as often as it should.
Overall, this is going on the do not visit anymore list for us. Definetly not worth trying again after becoming very sick.

It’s a really good spot. Coffee was great, great selection too. Omelet was spot on too. Potatoes were not that hot but overall a good experience. They didn’t make one thing according to order but the rest was good. The staff was okay and not great to interact with so that was one thing which was a bummer and made the experience a bit not too great. Maybe they were tired or annoyed but not sure. We tipped great but even after that not even a single conversation which shared a smile.

We used to go here all the time and have seen the diminishing patrons in the business, as food and service have gone done. For the pricing and quality it should be 5 stars all the time. Last time we went almost $50 for served cold lattes, small orange juice and plain egg Benedict’s. I recall the Benedict’s used to come with potatoes and some greens, but not this time. Did they forget? The eggs were blah, cold and the bread not fresh. Sorry, but no second chances after knowing what it was, when it was good. The service suffered in the manners that day too. Never like tipping before service is delivered.

Had an amazing lunch at The Nest Cafe in Frisco and I'm still thinking about it!
The food was fantastic - everything was so flavorful and you could tell they put real care into the preparation. I ordered the Craft Burrito, which came loaded with scrambled eggs, bacon, jalapeño aioli, cheese, avocado, pickled onion, mushrooms, and breakfast potatoes all wrapped up together. Every bite was packed with flavor and the combination of ingredients was spot on. The pickled onions added this perfect tangy bite, and the jalapeño aioli gave it just the right amount of kick. The side salad with the vinegar-based dressing was a great complement too - light and refreshing alongside the hearty burrito.
The cappuccino was exactly what I wanted. The espresso shot was pulled to perfection - rich and smooth with no bitterness. And the milk foam had that airy, velvety texture that makes a great cappuccino. They clearly know what they're doing behind the espresso machine.
The cafe itself has a great vibe - modern, clean, with lots of plants and natural light. It's the kind of place where you actually want to sit and enjoy your meal instead of rushing out.
Definitely coming back soon. If you're in Frisco and looking for quality food and good coffee, The Nest Cafe should be on your list.

Oh my. I love Eggs Benedict. I ordered their version with a side of bacon as there wasn’t an option with Canadian Bacon. What I got was pretty bad - under cooked bacon, barely toasted muffin, a runny pink sauce that in no way resembled hollandaise sauce.
The staff was polite and efficient. They are the only reason this score is not lower.
I do not recommend.

Recommended dishes: Avocado Toast, Acai Bowl, Breakfast, Caprese Panini, Nutella Waffle with Honey Lavander Latte
What happened with Nest? Not tasty (( shakshuka - we can't eat it. But they replaced with another dish, thanks) avocado toast with salmon and poached egg - just ok, would not recommend. Cappuccino - small size. In addition - you need to stay in a queue to order by yourself ( it was before too). Expensive! For this quality - it should cost less. Not comfortable seats. Advantage - location and no need to wait to be seated.

Went to this place after reading reviews but I regret going there. Ordered an omelette and Italian panini. Omelette was not tasty at all. No salt just tons of spinach. The panini was not that good. I couldn’t make better than that. The place is not clean looking as well. Mistake mistake. Waste of time and money.
