Service was sub par. Waitress was ok but s med kinda ehhh… drinks are weak. And to top it off, I have the waitress a $4 top and now seeing they took $3 more dollars off of my card for a tip I did not add this place isn’t very welcoming to POC. It felt as if they were watching us thinking we eee gonna run off in the bill. Would not recommend.

I’ve been debating whether to even write this review because, selfishly, I don’t want too many people finding out about my spot in Frisco. But honestly, The Owl is too good not to brag about.
Since day one, we’ve fallen in love with Pete, Nicole, and the entire crew who make this place feel like home. The service? Outstanding. The liquor selection? BY FAR the best anywhere. Period. The pizzas are incredible, but the Gluten Free ones? Somehow even better (yes, really).
You’ve never seen more TVs in your life. And you’ve never met anyone better than Pete. I swear everyone who walks in thinks they’re friends with him, and that’s because he’s the damn best.
The Owl isn’t just a bar, it’s the bar in Frisco. And yes, I’m even willing to give up my “reserved” spot just to spread the word!

Terrible service. Came on a Saturday night and sat outside, completely ignored while the waitress was having a casual conversation with a customer next to our table . After 5 minutes we went inside to ask for service, and even then, no one bothered to show up after another 10 minutes. Never stepping foot in this place again.

I don’t know how these guys are rated what they are. Service is disappointing. Just looking for a new bar to be a regular at and let me tell you this one ISNT IT. Pete? I’m sure that’s his name, I let him know the drinks tasted weird. He blamed it on frisco water after saying that ice just came out. I live in Frisco and my ice or water doesn’t taste like that. Maybe their ice machine isn’t being cleaned.
I waited way too long for someone to check in if I was ready for food. Including me there was MAYBE 7 people; this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a bar in a very long time. I probably won’t be coming back. I suggest you don’t bother

Went on a Friday it was super busy but service was top notch. Kylie and Pete are hilarious. Drinks were GREAT and so were the pretzels. Will definitely be back. They have a DJ come in who does karaoke on the weekends which was awesome. 10/10!
