My wife and I went to this establishment a few weeks back and had great food and friendly conversation with the staff. However, we went back tonight and we had a totally different experience. We walked in and sat down at the bar and for 15 minutes, nobody said hi or asked what we’d like to order. When I told the bartender that was standing in front of us making drinks that we were ready to order, she looked at me like I was bugging her, then pointed to the other bartenders, as if to say “I’m not getting your drinks, ask her”. My wife and I could not figure out why we were being treated this way. Did we do anything to piss them off? No, we just walked in and sat down. It’s really sad cause we’ve already told some of our friends that the bar was a great place to go. However, after tonight‘s experience, I don’t think we’ll be going back there. Disappointing.

I am a resident of Frisco and frequently visit this establishment, typically spending several hundred dollars per visit. While this may not be considered a significant amount by Frisco standards, it represents a reasonable and consistent level of patronage.
There is a bartender named Noey who works at this location. Due to my frequent travel and naturally forgetting names on occasion, I mistakenly referred to her as “Zooey” during a prior visit. This was not intended as a sign of disrespect but was simply an honest error.
During my most recent visit, Noel appeared to intentionally avoid serving my section. She did not acknowledge me, check on my needs, or provide any service throughout the evening. My tab during this visit was approximately $259.00.
I found the treatment I received to be unprofessional and disappointing given my history as a Patron. I won’t go back again.

We went to the Owl Bar for the first time yesterday for UFC 308. The waitress/bartender was great--attentive and made tasty cocktails. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We wanted to order a second just to try another one but were too full. We will definitely be back!

Love this bar. Been to several in the area and the atmosphere here is so awesome! Very respectful servers/bartenders, amazing drinks and I love that honey glazed pizza. Big plus is the bar stools, love that they look amazing and I can sit in them for a while without them hurting my bottom lol. Thank you guys for being my go to bar!!
