The biggest waste of time, it says it’s OPEN in Google until 10pm, I drove 30+ minutes, got my kid excited for us to arrive and it be closed with a raggedy paper reading “closed for the season”. As a business owner you should update all the platforms where your schedule is visible. What a bummer, the business has left a bad taste in my mouth.

First time I went and they had the seasonal menu - so I got the Barbie which was coconut + cotton candy! Friendly service and the prices are great. You can't beat a cheap snow cone and it's a family owned business! The shack is also super cute and in the rail district of Frisco.

Staff was friendly but this place is cheap with thier syrup they barely cover the snowcones. Taste like your eating ice. I have been twice and had similar experience.

the snowcones are great and cheap very polite and fast...i just came home got to the bottom of my snowcone and there was a piece of metal in the bottom of the cup..appeared to probably come off of the bag of ice...despite this i love this place and will continue to go there

These are about the fastest and most friendly people in the snow cone business. Oh and the cheapest too.. They only have 2 sizes and about 30 flavors. Flavors are not to sweet. They are my number 1 snow cone place in dfw.

If you've got a craving for snow cones this is a good place to go to. They have a lot of flavor options, various sizes, and options to make flavors sour or add cream. Service is also fast no matter how busy they are.

My sister and I were craving snowballs, and we saw that this place had some really good reviews. We decided to go and check it out. The line was long so we thought it'd be worth the wait. The service was was very minimal . We asked if they had condensed milk and we were told they did and no they didn't, they just added half/half . Not the same . The flavoring was very light .

Love this place! However, I am in a wheelchair and I saw somewhere that they are wheelchair accessible but I don’t see a ramp to get up to the windows to order. Wish I could come on my own and be able to come more often. Am I missing something?
