Waited to place an order on one of both booths. Both were occupied and one had a bro scrolling through everything and ending up getting a single medium drink. He was till deciding after I waited for the other booth to finish and I had finished my order. Anyways the osmanthus with golden jelly was OK. Not worth the price premium. The jelly was tasteless. definitely did not taste golden at all lol. Next time I will just get the regular flavored tea with no addings

We usually get boba after having Haidilao hot pot. It helps cooling down the spicy. The boba tea here always good. You can order on the machine which I refer that way. Quick and consistent quality.

I waited at least 40 minutes for my order of 2 drinks and an egg waffle. Highly disappointed. The staff proceeds to inform me that the they don’t have enough egg waffle batter and the machine is not working at the end of my 40 minute wait.
If you’re going to put an item on the menu, please teach your staff how to make it and make sure all your equipment to make that item works.
Train your staff properly before letting them work, otherwise you’re just wasting your customer’s precious time.
