I’ve ordered multiple drinks from this location and they all tasted great. The drinks average between $6-8 and is a pretty decent portion size. The tea flavor is pretty authentic and they have a wide variety of drinks. Sometimes, I feel like they ignore the sweetness level and make it sweeter than ordered. In my opinion, this is one of the better spots for boba in the DFW area, especially in Plano. Overall, I would recommend this place for boba.

Giving 3 stars solely for the drink and value. The milk tea was 'so-so,' and the boba lacked that chewy texture and tasted like it’s been sitting out for awhile. Since a single cup is over $6, the quality just doesn't justify the cost. I’ve had better boba for cheaper at other spots.

this place as far as I know has transitioned to paper cups and while they might be nice looking or environmentally friendly it seems like the workers never read what the additional toppings are on the orders. I sometimes choose a boba milk tea or other drinks that come with toppings and then add an additional topping which I pay for. This has probably been the 4th time where I get my drink and find out as I’m home when i actually poke my straw through that im missing something such as the coffee jelly or grass jelly or boba i’ve ordered with it. There’s no way for them to confirm as well since the cup isn’t see through! seems like i’ll just go to coco boba which is waking distance as they have a similar tea and boba taste, not to mention is also cheaper since tp tea raised their prices.

As a regular, I’m extremely disappointed with how far TP Tea has fallen. I went on Sunday, 7/27 and the experience was honestly terrible. The front barista girls completely ruined the vibe of the entire place. They didn’t acknowledge me or anyone else no greeting, no smile, no effort just stood around talking and laughing with each other like they were hanging out at home instead of working.
While they were busy chatting, my drink was made incorrectly and there was no apology or attempt to fix it. It felt like customer service didn’t even exist. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve never felt so unwelcome or frustrated. The atmosphere used to be inviting and reliable but now it’s just careless and unprofessional.
TP Tea, take this seriously. You’re losing loyal customers because of how poorly the front is being run.
I ordered a strawberry green tea that has boba and lychee, I asked for no boba and lychee and substitute it with sago only. They still charge .60 on top of a $6.30 drink that has the toppings baked into the cost? Why is it hard to just substitute it without charge? I understand that’s its only .60 cents but it’s dumb and make them look bad.
This place used to be so good when they first open but now it’s just meh. After they change their lychee to a cheaper kind it just taste bad now

Very legit boba shop. TP Tea tends to be one of the best options in whatever city they have a location. They have the best tasting tea, and you can actually taste it, unlike other shops. I recommend the Tie Guan Yin tea. I like the Wintermelon and Osmanthus drinks as well.
