I've been a regular here for the past two years, often visiting after my workouts. While the quality of my smoothies has remained consistent, I've noticed a concerning decline in both the smell of the place and the food itself. Recently, the Baja wrap I usually enjoy has been mostly lettuce with barely any meat, especially over the last two weeks during daytime visits. Additionally, there's been a strong odor of body odor in the establishment, which is quite off-putting. Today, my food even had a noticeable odor of body odor, which is very disappointing. Please ensure your staff maintains proper hygiene before coming to work. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I will not be returning.

First time in and it was great. I ordered the Island punch smoothie and baja chicken wrap. Both were delicious, I'd order them again. Also for my daughter I got the cheese quesadilla(minus the cheddar) and lil berry lime smoothie she loved them!! Somewhat pricey, but we will be returning to try other menu options.

Food was good, but the employees seem like they did not want to be there and were very unwelcoming. While ordering they were annoyed and looked like they hated their job. It was just not a good vibe overall.

I guess the açaí bowl is fine if you don’t mind it being a frozen block of ice… I had to wait a while to start eating the açaí bowl until it started to melt. Also this location smelled like something was burning.

I have been chasing a manager to distribute a refund for a smoothie I did leave the store with . Every single visit they ask me to return for my refund but manger is never there. The young man was rude when aggressively giving me my smoothie to the point my smoothie nearly failed over the counter. The smoothie was filled with ice and tasted like flavored ice . I place the smoothie on the counter and told I don’t want it. Please return my call and give me a refund. I have a piece paper with detail that I am owed refund and still waiting on manger to be at the store

smoothies here are way better than other tropical becuase they actually blend! only one complaint is that when i asked for a managment business card the employees kinda scrambled and don’t wanna give me one. i think i got a fake email…. i was gonna say nice things y’all don’t get scared!
