I used to love this location. Im not sure what happened but the service and quality has went downhill. Yesterday I ordered a meal online for pickup and when I arrived at the pickup time it took them 15 more minutes until I received my food. That’s not even the issue. the staff did not greet me nor anyone else that walked into the store. A family walked in and waited to order for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged them or took their order. When the lady handed me my food she did not say one word to me. There were three employees working and not one person said one word to me or any other customers the entire time I was there. All of that to receive a disappointing wrap that was mostly ranch dressing.

It was 8:47pm, when my friend and I went in to try and get dinner tonight. We were denied service due to the closing and cleaning. On the website it says the store closes at 9pm. How does an establishment close at 9pm but denies service 12 mins before closing? Please change your hours to closing at 8:30 pm, if this is the case. I wish I could of ordered dinner.

My sister and I walked into the store excited to get a açaí bowl. Upon walking in, my sister greeted them warmly and both employees did not respond. After waiting for about 3 minutes, neither employee looked up from their personal devices to greet us or take our order. we left the establishment after 5 minutes and still, neither employee acknowledged our presence. I suggest your employees receive extra customer service training on how to make customers feel welcomed and inclined to make purchases from your establishment.

3/5 stars for this location I used to love it, but now the current associates who work on your food never say hello I had to ask for assistance the moment I walked in wondering who was even going to do my checkout. The gentleman had such bad energy. PhewwwThe attitude that radiated from them was absolutely disgusting. At least the food will always be delicious.

I've visited and had deliveries from this location many times and they have poor customer service. On several occasions they left items off my order or got the product wrong. I like Tropical Smoothie but this location is a disappointment and I now go elsewhere.

i come here often on my lunch break since i work in the same complex. the product at this tropical is better than the others i've visited, my food is always hot all the way through and i've never had a chunky smoothie here. these workers seem really dedicated to the quality and i love that!

The restaurant is clean and has ample parking. The juice is good with calories mentioned. Online ordering is easy and can be picked up on time. The sandwich was warm and provided a unique taste. Staff is courteous and welcomes you.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NOT because of the workers (who were so sweet and understanding) BUT the OWNER, Pat. Me and my significant other had to call due to a refunding issue (and the owner who wasn't there was trying to tell us what we got charged for, and even though we had the receipt in our had, we were wrong). The workers offered us a complimentary drink, but the owner was not willing to do so. Just a waste of our time, to pay for something we did not get, and to get told we were wrong. Came here because of the other reviews, will not be coming back....ever.

Delectable drinks. I got the Blimey Limey and Mike Harris got the Blueberry Bliss.Service was fast and friendly. Smells good, but didn’t get a chance to try the food. Little heavy on the ice in the drinks, so there’s always room for improvement.
