Excellent service! Morgan and Bobby are so wonderful and couldn't have been more kind and welcoming!

The wait time is pretty long for a smooth bar 15+ minutes but the smoothies are good

So after the sweetest cashier took my order and explained açaí bowls to me, the person making the bowls messed up the order. I did not have time to go back inside the store to correct the order, I have 2 sick children at home. After tipping the cashier $10 for being so nice, I doubt I will be back.

I got the Detox island green with immunity boost smoothie, sandwich, and corn. All in one place, love it! Great for quick bite or lunch.

Got here at 8:48pm and was told the food side was already closed even though it says dine in open till 9:00pm on google. I guess the employees want to leave early. Super frustrating especially since we drove all the way down to get food.

Placed an order for curbside pickup that was never brought out even though I saw both employees look at my car through the window. I decided to walk in after waiting about 10-15 minutes, and got asked if that was me in specific car… got told I put in the wrong car make TWICE, even though I didn’t (I checked after just in case). Just seems like lazy workers to me. Smoothie wasn’t good at all either which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Love tropical smoothie cafe, just not this location.

David and his team were blazing through a crazy lunch service. He communicated well while dealing with 10 people in line due to the free smoothie promotion. Him and his team were running around non-stop. They deserve a raise.

customer service is very awkward and weird. to who ever is running this place: you need to remove the girl from the upfront cashiers. she's got issues.

Poor customer service! The girl who is working there was so rude had such bad attitude! I requested to make my own smoothie with fruits I requested she told me with such bad attitude you should only pick up from the menu. I don’t know who owns or managing this location but I wouldn’t go back to this place never ever.
