Today we decided to have lunch pulled up to drive thru after church and placed our order. As usual the person that took our order was friendly charges me. Gives me the drinks, but our food was being prepared, we waited patiently. This young girl Asian decent I’m assuming cause she looks oriental. Comes to the window hands me the foos very quickly, rude, and rough says here’s your order and walks away. I tried ignored it and drive away. Then one my kid decides she want a smoothie turned back around to get in line to place my order. I also decided that I’m going to try the Cesar salad. Whe are waiting in line and there’s about two or three cars ahead of us and we noticed that the line is taking longer Move but I figured you know maybe they got slammed or something not a big deal when we get to the Window as usual the girl that’s on the register is very nice and charges us gives me the smoothie and again this Oriental young girl comes in hand me the drink very quickly very rude and very rough, not friendly whatsoever and walk away very fast. I couldn’t help to notice that they gave me a wrap so I waited on the door until somebody passed by and told them if I could get it switched out for the bowl. She’s very nice and tells me that they’re gonna remake the order and I said OK no problem thank you and for a third time here comes this oriental girl. And is havingcomplete meltdown clearly, I can see and is now heavily rude heavily handing me over the food super fast and at that point, I told her hey you need to slow down and before I couldn’t say anything else, she closes the window and before you know it, she is gone very completely rude The nice girl that charged me is there and I told her what just happened. She tries to apologize for her, but I told her that it’s not the customers fault if she’s having a meltdown I told her you need to have a war with her if she’s having a bad day then maybe she should quit her job. We are coming from church going to a place where it’s always been friendly, professional and healthy delicious food. So this message is for one of the managers and possibly the owner. If you don’t wanna lose good customers, I hope and suggest you address this with this young lady otherwise you’re about to lose a lot of good customers. We have been loyal customers since 2018 and we still desire to come back But if you don’t address this or fire this young lady, she’s going to lose you a lot of customers I hope to hear back from somebody or I will climb up the ladder to address this to either corporate or a store owner.

Came in the store and asked if they could make a certain smoothie that’s no longer on the menu and the “AGM” stated no they can’t make it but at other locations they don’t mind making it cause they have the ingredients to make it and she got smart with a attitude and said “well were not the other locations and we can’t make it” EXCUSE ME? I will never return to this location with the attitude and rudeness of the staff
I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru today.
When I pulled up to place my order, I took about 30 seconds to decide. The staff member immediately became impatient and said something along the lines of “Come back when you’ve made up your ready.” I replied right away that I wanted to order the Island Green smoothie.
After I placed my order, there was no confirmation, no instruction to pull forward, and no mention of the total. I was left waiting without knowing what to do, so I drove up to the next window myself.
At the window, the staff member named Hanna ask me what I want and I told her I ordered island green and told me how much
took my cash, and when I said “thank you,” she gave no response—not even eye contact or a basic acknowledgment.
This entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service.

First time and it was a delightful experience.
We had the Peanut Paradise shake with pea protein and the Jamaican jerk chicken wrap.
Let me start with the shake. I like that they had the option for whey or vegan protein. Super convenient without having to compromise my diet.
I enjoyed that they can also replace the diary yogurt for a more vegan option.
We also got a wrap, it was really.. really good.
It was tasty and fresh. I will also add that their salsa has a kick to it! They don’t give you any, so you must ask for it.
As far as pricing, I think it was reasonable for 2 people. My wrap came with a side of chips. You can sub for fruit too.

Reminded me of a place back home called Fresco. Similar food but all fresh and healthy.

Size of a $12 smoothie bowl is ridiculous. Whole thing fits in the palm of my hand. Whole thing is frozen solid, like it was made days ago and kept in a freezer until ordered then fruit toppings were added. Overall quality is worth about $6 price but is instead twice that.

I am so frustrated with this location. if you go here, avoid special orders. I always order my wraps with no cheese, and add whey protein to my smoothies.
after several misses in a row, I stopped going to this location. they are much closer to my house, so i gave them a new try a few weeks ago. and i didn’t have problems for several orders, but today, they screwed up again. of course I didn’t discover until I got home and opened. so ruined lunch going in the trash, and i’m left trying to find something to eat - which is why i drove to TSC in the first place. very frustrating. it shouldn’t be too hard to leave out cheese when it is clearly right in front of the person assembling on their screen.
i still love TSC, but will seek other locations going forward.

Absolute nightmare, had an order for pick up and the lady there was harassing me.. telling me to confirm my order and refused to give me my drink that I paid for?? I showed her my bank account and she finally gave me my order, these people are running a Natzi camp up here! Won’t be coming back.

This place is wonderful and good service. Lots of great options. Some with protein powder, some with yogurt, some with chocolate.

Most of the employees here are kind and quick at what they do. My drink was made wrong but it was fixed very promptly. They’re definitely not always consistent but good enough :)
