Donna is the best associate I have ever experienced in fast casual restaurant. She is fantastic, great, very friendly and courteous. She made us feel as if we knew all our lives . This was the first experience my friend has ever been to HEB before and she thought the food was great and Donna was fabulous. Cameron is awesome.

We would eat here way more often, but the service is awful! We always come back thinking it will be better, but it never is! They never have things stocked, they are out of something, tonight it was the mac and cheese (only thing my kid eats) and bread (isnt this a grocery store?), it is so over priced, not sure why we come back actually. I guess it's easy to go when you are grocery shopping. Never anyone at front counter when you need something. Literally took about 25 minutes to get our food tonight and hardly anyone was in here.
