Love most of the food at this location, the service is usually prompt, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere is usually set pretty well.Got the Gyro Platter this past weekend and was honestly pretty disappointed. Somewhat stale pita was given with what was next to almost no toppings and a laughable amount of tzatziki sauce. The meat itself was great but it felt like I had spent about $20 for essentially nothing. Definitely expected way more for the amount spent and was very underwhelmed by the dish that was provided to me.Only complaint regarding atmosphere is the very sloppy installation of the Wireless Access Point above the bathrooms. Large hole in the wall with a chunk of it missing shows where the wire comes from, and it's held up by some screws next to the hole. Definitely takes you out of the environment when they could have easily used the mounting bracket that comes with that specific brand, and also covered the hole. Let alone you would typically mount that over the hole (and also the ceiling, not on a wall if we're being nit picky).Recommend anything other than the Gyro Platter, and you'll likely not care about the access point if you don't care about tech.

Great place, love coming here! It's always good, drinks are on point and the service is great! Always a place I recommend for a casual night out. Really cool bars to check out after dinner next door too!

"Waited for 15 minutes to place an order at Trufire Kitchen & Bar, but unfortunately had to leave without being attended to. Disappointed with the lack of timely service."

All around great experience with eight people. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was tasty. There were a number of different gluten free options which was great as a person with Celiac.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!

We have always enjoyed our food at Trufire but I have to say our recent experience was a disappointment. If you enjoy eating protein this restaurant may not be a good fit for you. I had the chicken sandwich which was seriously all bread with like 4 or 5 bite sized pieces of chicken on it. For the price I paid I expected an actual chicken breast. My spouse had the spicy garlic noodles and it had 5 baby shrimp in it. For the cost of the meal, I expected a lot more protein. The service was decent but not sure we will return because I left feeling hungry and dissatisfied with my meal.

First time here, and I don’t plan to be back. First, my friend’s coffee came out looking like a hot mess, dripping all over the side, and bottom and halfway filled. We asked for a fresh one instead, and at the end two cappuccinos were on the bill instead of just one. We had to ask to get that removed. Second, the appetizer came out and there was a noticeable string or fuzz in my first bite. Third, the entrées came out and both had cold items that should’ve been hot. Also, one of the eggs on my egg Benedict was off to the side instead of on top where it should have been. Fourth, when the waitress came out to ask how our food was, and we told her it was a little bit cold, she turned and walked away without a word. I inquired for the manager who came out, and I updated him on all of the situations. He did not comp any food though he did replace the entrées. By the end, when I was getting charged on my bill for items, I did not purchase, including the double coffee, as well as a few other items. I called him back again. Truly should’ve been compensated for something in view of the service and food issues. However, all he did was hand us each of $20 voucher for the next time we come back. Neither of us plan to be back. Even that was handled poorly. What a disappointment for Easter.
