Had lunch with my grandparents today at Tsibog. My nearly 90 year old Filipino grandpa said it was super yummy and authentic tasting and it reminded him so much of home! ❤️ If you’ve never tried Filipino cuisine, I’d highly recommend this place. I had the lenchon kawali, my grandma had the chicken bbq skewers, and my grandpa had the pork sinigang. We also got the lumpia, biko, and leche flan! Everything was 10/10! ❤️??✨
A wonderful spot in the food court here! I’m a fan of both Lechon kawali and Kare Kare, so having them together was an amazing combination. Service was quick during the lunch crowd and the portion was impressive. The combination of the sauce and pork is the Filipino answer to curry katsu and it has an amazing identity all its own. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Every time. Not only does it taste good, but it simply reminds me of time I spent in the Philippines, eating inasal as much as I could get.
It's comfort food for me I guess, and I'm grateful that I have this option here in Texas.
