The most terrible disgusting food I have ever had! I love Uncle Julio’s, but this location is HORRIBLE! I ordered mushroom tacos and received hard rice from the day before, cold, dry, mushroom tacos and every beverage I ordered tasted like sour mix. Like how do you make a mango margarita taste like sour mix? The server didn’t give a crap being a high schooler so the experience was beyond terrible. Just avoid this location. I never have any issues at the Allen location.

First we received the wrong order, the beef was raw, and finally it tasted like old and rotten meat. We ended up just leaving it, it was really bad. The service was nice though, the food was just spoiled and should not have been served.

Food is good, love their salsa , nice and spicy. The grilled jalapenos were not fully grilled, parts were raw but the food was delicious.

Sunday Nite— the waitress intentionally seated us in one corner— when no one was in the restaurant-
We kindly asked for the Patio Seat , facing the pond….
No comments. Messed up order and very rude attitude.Going back to uncle Julio’s in Ridgeview. Allen. Previous management’s was awesome. After ruining the lunch and then apologies don’t make sense .

This was my first time here as I'm from out of state. I've heard great things so I was looking forward to the experience and I wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing as it came out fast and full of flavor. At most Mexican establishments, the salsa seems to be an after thought but not here. I have to say that the salsa here is phenomenal! I could have made a meal out of that alone!
Since it was limited edition, I ordered a Watermelon Margarita and it was THE best Margarita I've had. It was flavorful, balanced, and extremely smooth. I highly recommend coming here.

We picked this spot for our date night, and the evening was a mixed bag. Our wonderful waiter and the awesome margaritas started us off on a high note. However, the food didn't live up to the promise. My husband's shrimp fajitas were great but the chips had water in the bottom of the bowl making them mushy and the watery salsa were a disappointment. My beef enchiladas were especially dry and plain without any sauce, and noticeably missing beans. While the service and drinks were top-notch, the kitchen's performance needs improvement.

Not sure how they are making it in the area with the terrible service. Made a reservation, restaurant was a ghost town when we arrived. Assuming it was because of the UT/OU game in town. However, we sat for 20 minutes at the table and there was no service. Host stand was extremely rude when my husband attempted to get help or moved to a new section. Far too many choices in Frisco/N Plano for them to be this bad. Family visiting saw the chocolate piñata online and wanted to try, that’s the only reason we even attempted to come here.

To start salsa was mostly juice, tortillas were cold. We tried to order the tortilla soup but they cancelled it because the waiter said it was way too salty due to a new recipe. I considered leaving at that point but stayed due to it being late. I should have left! The enchiladas were cold and old, rice was crunchy and old and the beans were also cold. The fajita nachos were not very fresh but more concerning was they tasted like cleaner! They took off the nachos from the bill but left the enchiladas despite more than 1/2 being on the plate and we told them they were old. The manager with the bald head and glasses was drinking alcohol on the job! That’s the real concern! I used to be a bartender and that’s a huge TABC no no! A girl brought him a pink margarita in a to go cup and said I put extra tequila in it. He then drank it in view of customers. He went to the kitchen talking about it with staff and then stood on the floor again drinking it. It was at 10:28 pm Friday 10/10 if you want to check footage. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism. I usually love uncle Julio’s but this location isn’t it. I would like the rest of my check refunded please.

The bartenders were awesome, however one taste of the salsa and we had to find somewhere else to eat... We used to love Uncle Julio's, it no longer has the original tastes it once had. Super sad.
Had the steak bowl which was ok

$12 per person (must have at least 2 people). Taco Tuesday spinner. Free refills except on meat. Very tasty and cant go wrong with their fresh homemade tortillas.

Uncle Julio’s was my favorite for beef fajitas. No longer. The marinade is different and very bland and the cut of meat is very thin compared to before.
Probably tried to cut costs but you skimped on the flavor.
No longer in my top 5 for fajitas. Probably not even the top 20.
I’ll eat at Pappasito’s next time.
