Since moving to Texas, we’ve been on the hunt for an amazing gluten-free bakery and were so happy to stumble across Unrefined Bakery. Their products are absolutely delicious, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch.
My daughter has a peanut allergy, and they were able to decorate an incredible cake simply from a photo. To this day, she still talks about her cake! My husband couldn’t believe it was gluten-free and dairy-free—it tasted that good.
Unrefined Bakery will definitely be our go-to spot for gluten-free treats. It’s no surprise they were voted one of the top gluten-free bakeries in the U.S.

We had received a gift card and decided to try Unrefined Bakery's keto products. They had a very small selection of keto options, including two types of cupcakes, a chocolate cookie, and a whoopee pie. There are several types of sugar substitutes on the market, including stevia, monk fruit, and allulose, which taste like sugar without causing an insulin spike, raising glucose levels, or leaving a bad aftertaste. These work well in baked goods. UB, however, has chosen to use erythritol, a sugar alcohol, which tastes nasty going in and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste when the item is finished. The costs of other sugar substitutes are not substantially different from erythritol, and given that UB charges over $5.00 for a small keto cupcake, they could use one of the other sugar substitutes and make a product that actually tastes good for the same price. Needless to say, all the products we tried (a chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting, a chocolate cookie, and a whoopee pie) tasted horrible. Fortunately, thanks to the gift card, we didn't waste any money, but we'd never go back to Unrefined Bakery.

The gluten free cinnamon rolls are amazing. I’ve also had several of the pie slices and bakery goods that are very good. Would highly recommend this bakery

Visiting from out of town, my wife googled for a keto bakery and found this one. I have to say, very good in my opinion. Drip coffee could be better with flavored creamer. Still happy overall!

The pies are terrible! The winterberry pie was extremely tart. For the price this should be at least sweet and decent to eat.
Same for the pumpkin pie.

I have had a lot of gluten free food in my life and typically it’s very dry and flavorless. Unrefined Bakery was phenomenal! Super moist and delicious even a couple of days after purchasing. I’m super impressed and we will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome dessert!

These are the BEST gluten free cupcakes in DFW! Love the pizza too. It is so nice to be able to get friends and family with dietary restrictions good (and safe) food/desserts so close to home (: the employees are always so kind!

Their team is wonderful and worked with me for sugar free options for my son’s birthday cake. We’ve ordered from them two years in a row and it was delicious!

Decent. Had a cupcake that was $6-7, it was moist which is good for GF, but it was a bit dense with not tons of flavor. There are certainly better tasting GF treats around, but good to try.

Great stuff! If you’re gonna cheat on a diet, then this is the place! The treats are delicious!
Was so excited to try a new GF bakery! I tried a few things and will definitely go back to try more.
Vanilla cupcake and sprinkle cookie - both AMAZING.
Snack mix - solid. Very tasty if you’re missing/craving Chex mix. They had a variety of flavors.
Frozen pizza - it was okay. Im new to exploring GF pizzas so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. The crust was good but sometimes about it tasted funky to me, I think it was the pepperoni.
