I have had a lot of gluten free food in my life and typically it’s very dry and flavorless. Unrefined Bakery was phenomenal! Super moist and delicious even a couple of days after purchasing. I’m super impressed and we will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome dessert!

These are the BEST gluten free cupcakes in DFW! Love the pizza too. It is so nice to be able to get friends and family with dietary restrictions good (and safe) food/desserts so close to home (: the employees are always so kind!

Their team is wonderful and worked with me for sugar free options for my son’s birthday cake. We’ve ordered from them two years in a row and it was delicious!

Decent. Had a cupcake that was $6-7, it was moist which is good for GF, but it was a bit dense with not tons of flavor. There are certainly better tasting GF treats around, but good to try.

Was so excited to try a new GF bakery! I tried a few things and will definitely go back to try more.
Vanilla cupcake and sprinkle cookie - both AMAZING.
Snack mix - solid. Very tasty if you’re missing/craving Chex mix. They had a variety of flavors.
Frozen pizza - it was okay. Im new to exploring GF pizzas so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. The crust was good but sometimes about it tasted funky to me, I think it was the pepperoni.

We ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday and it looked and tasted amazing. We were so happy we chose Unrefined. We found the price to be very reasonable and everyone loved it.

The staff here are knowledgeable and polite. We got a 6 inch vanilla strawberry cake here. The base vanilla cake itself was good but the insane amount of sugar in the frosting made it almost inedible.Kindly look into this to make your quality baked goods be more enjoyable.

I’m glad that I found a complete gluten free bakery. Loved their cupcakes and I had ordered a sandwich it tasted good but the bread was frozen.

I’ve been getting gluten free sweets here since I was three years old and I’m never stopping! I love it so much! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they are always so patient.

Wow—what a warm welcome. I’ve never felt so invisible walking into a place. No greeting, no smile—just the kind of icy atmosphere that makes you wonder if you accidentally walked into a funeral home instead of a café.

The baked goods? Honestly, delicious. Gold star for that. The coffee? Eh, it’s drinkable—if you’re not picky. But the matcha… oh, the matcha. It was so bitter, I thought it was brewed with resentment and regret. I asked if I could swap it for something else, and that’s when the show began.

The main lady launched into a full-on lecture about how I didn’t want it sweetened, so of course it’s bitter, and other places only taste better because, they secretly add sugar? I explained that I normally get ceremonial-grade matcha, unsweetened, and it never tastes like powdered despair. She wasn’t having it.

Eventually, she offered me a $1 cookie in exchange for the $7 drink and accused me of being rude to her staff. Odd, since I only spoke to one person—who looked like she just found out her weekend was canceled—and I came in smiling. Go figure.

If you want the pastries, here’s your survival guide: keep talking to a minimum, skip the drinks, and maybe record your interaction just in case you need to relive the moment a café owner turned customer service into courtroom drama.
