VIVI Bubble tea is the BEST boba place out there. They know how to cook their tapioca and cook it WELL. Their tapioca is VERY soft, chewy, and warm, and it’s cooked in this delicious syrup that adds the best flavor to their milk teas. (This is how boba should be). Most other boba places I’ve been to have boba that is not soft, rather hard, and cold- not how boba should be.Milk Tea: And VIVI’s tea tastes so authentic to the actual tea itself. It’s not overly sugary and it tastes very very GOOD.I consider myself a boba snob, so only a few places impress me. VIVI is my number one place.

Just came here for the first time with honestly low expectations. I ordered a pineapple mango tea with popping mango boba and I don’t even want to drink anymore of my drink because I will be soo sad when it’s gone. It is SOOO good. I should have ordered two. The lady at the front taking orders was very nice, helpful, and patient. It’s an adorable vibe and drinks are amazing. Def my new boba spot.

Drink was very good but service was so bad that I would give them zero stars if I could.The attendant was very mean to me when I was asking about the different drinks. They just repeated the name to me like I didn't know how to read. They made me feel stupid for no reason. I simply wanted to know the taste. It was a simple question. Who is in charge of training these people? Do they even know how to engage in civil interactions with other people?I would come back for the nice drinks but would never dare to ask a question again. What a shame!!!

The setting is a very clean and well maintained restaurant. There is plenty of space to walk around and sit. They have an automatic door that is temporarily blocked off, which you’re prompted to enter through the side door. It is not a wheelchair accessible entrance.Upon entering the establishment we were not greeted or acknowledged. While waiting to place an order, patiently waiting in front of the counter, the cashier did not acknowledge us and allowed a dasher to cut inline. She then promptly followed the dasher outside, without speaking to us. The other woman behind the counter did address us and asked if we were ready to order, but she was not the one to take our order. The cashier did return and did not acknowledge that we had been waiting or allowed someone to cut in front, doordasher or not.I ordered a medium Oreo Crème Brûlée and a large Strawberry Crème float. The cashier informed me there was not a medium size for the strawberry creme float and I will need to order a large, and I added strawberry popping boba. Boba is not included in the specialty drinks and cost extra. When I tried to confirm what was in the drinks, there was not much information provided besides choosing the choice of milk/milk tea or adding toppings. The two drinks cost around $14 + tax.I personally do enjoy a good strawberry drink, but the strawberry creme float was not enjoyable. It may be an acquired taste, but it was not for me. The foam that was added tasted heavily salted and buttery, and mixed with the warmness of the strawberry juice with little ice, it was an unpleasant combination. It tasted of old fruit juice with buttery salt. Even trying to swirl the drink intensified the odd combination and I could not take more than 3 sips….just to ensure if the flavors would grow on me. They did not. And sadly I was prompted to buy a large, for a drink that sounded good….with popping bobas. It ended up immediately going in the trash.Saving grace was the Oreo Creme Brûlée. It wasn’t the best thing I ever tasted, but it was more enjoyable than the strawberry creme float. It had crushed Oreos with milk tea, again it was served slightly on the warmer side with little ice. It was simply a buttery milk and crushed cookie drink.Would I feel prompted to try this place again: for the price no, for the quality of customer service provided no. This place does offer a variety of food and drink selections, and that maybe a hit or miss. It’s worth a try, but there are other quality boba shops around and restaurants that serve similar hot foods, literally across the street.
I got a Thai tea with brown sugar boba and it was so good! I also got the macaroons and really enjoyed them. Next time i want to try more of the snacks available on the menu! Cashier was friendly and helpful.

Best boba shop in the area. Very relaxed setting with good popcorn chicken and excellent boba. There are several bubble drink shops within a few minutes of each other, but Vivi's is spacious and has that laid back feel to it.
