Wendy’s workers did not want to honor coupon from Wendy’s app, for a free small frosty… They scanned it claimed it didn’t work then said they said they are not gunna honor it. It’s your app how are you not gunna honor it?! Horrible service I was treated like a problem not a customer. Like I was bothering them for buying food.

The manager and at least 1 other worker was eating near the food and the worker had gloves on was feeding himself and never changed the gloves. This place is just dirty.

Today I stopped by this particular facility. Looking forward to eating a spicy chicken sandwich combo. I bite into the chicken. It just does not have the right texture like something is off so I decided to call the store and to my surprise none of the numbers work so now I’m going to have to drive back to the store to return this order not today probably tomorrow, because this is just not up to par, if anyone has a phone number that is operable, please list it so that I can call the store and let the manager know about this sandwich. A Masterclass on how to mess up a simple hamburger. The instructions were simple, but after 3 tries, the result was still a cold, swing and a miss. It'd been years since I'd been to a Wendy's. It'll be more until I go back. If you disregard this warning, make sure to check your order before you pull away or you'll be there all day.

Food is up to the Wendy's standard. Service was a little slow. Beverages were almost all out of order. Floor was slippery from a thin layer of grease. I mean, it's fast food. Expectations weren't super high.
Freestyle machine only had Coke and Orange flavors.Inside was clean.Food was pricey for a single with cheese combo. $10-$11

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a while and after today, I’m not sure if I want to go back. As soon as I pull up, instead of a “welcome to Wendy’s” or something similar, all I get is a “what do you want?” Putting that aside, as I order(I got a double stack biggie bag), the lady who is taking my order is super cold and distant, sounding as though she would rather be anywhere else in the world. Staff members seem to barely know what they are doing. I had to ask multiple times for my drink, which came with my order but the staff seemed clueless to this information. The food was alright, but I would rather just go to the Whataburger or Taco Bell that is in the same 1/8th of a mile radius where I can get better food, a better experience, and better customer service for roughly the same price.

I realized why I haven't been to Wendy's lately. What an awful experience my food was cold, they did give me fresh fries after asking. The staff were on their phones while serving which is a health risk. The Coke machine was out of many items, so I asked to have mine filled by the folks at the counter. Evidentially, there's something wrong with both Coke systems :(. Dave Thomas would never accept this level of service. Others were also complaining that is the three other people in the restaurant. My prediction is if something's not done with this location ASAP they will be out of business by mid 2024 if not sooner.

Dirty dirty dirty!!! When ordering my food, the employees seemed more into talking with each other... my order was missing multiple items. They tables were all dirty and they weren't even busy. The floors had stuff spilled on them. I decided to let the cashier know I'd rather take my stuff to go. It was so dirty. This, by far, is the worst Wendy's I have been to. The drink machine it's self is just so run down they never have any diet drinks the only thing that works is lemonade.
