⭐ 1 Star Placed a mobile order and paid in the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited about 7 minutes before anyone even spoke, and there was no apology. After giving my name, I was told to pull forward and then waited another 10 minutes with no other customers around. When I went back to the window, the manager had no idea what was going on and was extremely rude, offering zero help. I never received my food and was basically dismissed. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Absolutely terrible. My burger and fries are cold fries taste like they are an hour old. The meat on my burger is t even warm. And the bun is hard like it’s been sitting out in the open air a couple days.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. I'm a regular there and I've had the pleasure of seeing Daniel the manger operate the store to high standards. Regardless if it's busy or slow always greets with a smile and communicates very effectively with his teams regarding orders and drive thru etc.

This is the worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter how slow they are, every order takes at the least 30 mins. McDonald’s is next door, go there for better service and speed.

I don't know if they are understaffed or something is going on in the kitchen, but I left the drive-thru Lane after being in line for 14 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. It's just not moving

Prices way up, sizes way way way down. Taste was as expected. They did miss the bacon in my sandwich. But the rest was alright.
I cant recommend though. They are charing almost triple the price of a regular burger for slider sized burgers now.
I ordered the baconator.
The one star is simply because of the food size to price charge. Its incredible anyone can pay this much for pretty much a kids meal now. If i pay for a full sandwich i expect an adult sized sandwich. Not a sandwich i can eat whole in one bite.
