They are asking to park while picking up mobile orders in Drive thru. Takes so long and no one shows up

Store hours posted for Saturday show 7am next to door. And in big advertising they say they have 6:30am opening for breakfast. I visit and doors are locked. I called store to see if they open and he says 8am. I have visited this Wendy’s several times and they do whatever they want especially in the morning.
I went in to get a $10 gift card. We tried several times their machine wasn’t working then I asked the girl could I purchase a frosty tag it took her 20 minutes to just tell me that they were out.

Ethan’s (at the drive thru) customer service skills need to improve. He gave the wrong items and closed the window on my face when I was trying to to explain the error. This is not the first time he has done a mistake, but this was the first time he closed the window on my face.
