The late night manager (owner?) is wonderful! Forgot it was a Wendy’s for a moment cause he puts so much kindness into his customer treatment as if it was his own small-town restaurant that he built himself.

Food was fast but the staff wasn’t friendly and there was no one else at the restaurant in the middle of the day. They were so rushed and slammed window door shut before I could even ask for ketchup… PLUS the shrinkflation on the portions is insane. Prices have gone up and the portions are significantly smaller… Their “burgers” are just the size of sliders now… Sad too because the food is actually decent.

$13.09 for a spicy chicken meal. Food was hot and was as expected but service wasn't the best. Talked way too fast on the drive through, didn't provide any condiments, nor did they ask. Didn't provide receipt nor did they ask and fry container was 1/2 full.

This is a 0 star place just because of its management. They don’t care about customer’s health.I asked multiple times while ordering to remove mayonnaise from my son’s sandwich and also reminded while picking to which they confirmed.But after reaching home we found the sandwich has mayonnaise. I had to drive back 5 miles just to get a replacement as they were not even ready to refund.The chicken sandwich also tasted rotten.The manager happily said they were ok to make me pay for their mistake.

This morning I ordered an egg muffin excluding something inside it. When I opened it for eating, it was wet with all oil or butter spread on the paper and also the exclusion I asked for was not honored. I had to throw everything away.

Just went at 2:00pm 10/18. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickle. Got home and opened a spicy chicken sandwich with NO pickle. Produce wasn’t fresh. $7.24 for a sandwich that got thrown away. Ugh. Do better Wendy’s! I was the ONLY person in line too.
