The reduction in meal size, drink size, potato etc and the quality and taste of food isn't worth the money anymore. I don't think I like Wendy's anymore 😕

When you place a drive thru order it shows up on the display screen, a receipt is generated, money is collected and food is placed in a bag. What could go wrong? It would be really nice if the correct food was placed in the bag. Doesn't seem unreasonable except at Wendy's on FM423.Two visits in a row, collected the money but shorted our food order then don't answer their phone or respond to a message. My review is exactly what the previous reviewer experiences as well.

Usually the foods and service is fine but there’s this one lady there and whenever she serves me i never get all the stuff I paid for. This has happened multiple times. I didn’t get half my food and called and these absolute clowns hung up in the middle of my sentence and I cannot get a refund. I work in food service too and this is absolutely unacceptable, terrible service even for fast food, good lord. Don’t come here, terrible people.

They took long with the order and told us to wait at the spot where you order in the drive thru and had us sitting there for nearly ten minutes. They then proceeded to give us food that was incorrect and had lots of stuff we didn’t ask for on our burgers and then gave us a drink that had a hole and got me dirty.

Horrible. Wasted my calories at Wendy’s today. Debated. Hadn’t had this food in a long time. I remember why!!! Fries cold and hard and old. Burger buns hard. Meat hard. Pitiful. Bad choice on my end. Never again.
