I went to the location on E Broad Street in Mansfield. The service is very slow. The workers seem to be confused running in circles bumping into each other. I made the mistake of going there on my 30 minute lunch break and the workers was giving out the wrong orders left and right. My order was given out to the wrong person twice!! I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order plus another 15 minutes!! IF the food wasn't so good I would quit going to Wendy's altogether. Beware of the mobile app!! I used it to order the 5 dollar biggie bag which should of cost me just under 6 bucks but when I submitted the order, it was charged 24.98!! I'm still trying t9 get my money back and their customer service phone number is useless as it will place u on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call will hang up!! Ridiculous!! What kind of people do you have employed?? Wow!

Nice Wendy's right near shopping centers. Very clean. The men's bathroom was absolutely nasty. Paper towel on the floor and toilet was not clean and sink was as well. I mentioned this to the manager and she said thank you. Prices are high. But burgers are good.

This is one of the best Wendy's locations I've been to. And Wendy's may have come to the fast food breakfast game late, but they are winning. The potato wedges, biscuits and gravy, and maple chicken biscuit are my personal favorites, but everything we've had for breakfast has been good. This location in particular always has friendly staff and fresh food.

First time to try this location-first bite-first impression-the bun wasn't fresh! Not a very good burger or value-over $11 for a single combo & it's not up to Wendy's standard. This is my last time here! Some locations are much better than others.
I come to this same Wendy’s all the time and EVERY TIME it’s always something that’s wrong. The customer service is great, but it’s always 2 or 3 items missing. Then by the time they give you the items you’re missing, the rest of your food be cold! It’s insane, and tonight did it for me.

Went for a burger meal during lunch. Ordered a baconator through drive through. Soda was heavily watered down, no straw in the bag ,fries had no ketchup with it in the bag, Burger was dry and had a single napkin in the bag .. lol. Nope never coming back. lot better food options available nearby for $14 that I spent.

Please disable your Uber tablet at this location when closed. Drove 30 mins to pickup a delivery only to be told by staff that they’re closed @ 12:01am. Messing with my money, do better.

I went there for a quick breakfast. Ordered the Rise and Shine 2 for $3.00 Sausage biscuit and Medium Coffee. The Sausage Biscut was good and fresh, however the Coffee was a small as the employee said we only have small and large coffees at this location no Medium as register receipt, advertising and signage shows at location. Coffee was fine.
