I have NEVER been treated so badly by a customer service worker in my life! And the manager was not concerned at all. Pathetic excuse for a Whataburger! I would never recommend this place.

Someone must be fudging the numbers here! It should be around 1.3 out of 5 imvho for this Frisco, TX location.
(Management doesn’t seem to care).
I have gone to this Whataburger Frisco location on Preston Rd at least four different times over the past 6 months.
(I have always been patient and friendly to the staff, but they have not been).
Every time I go through their drive-thru it takes a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes! (Definitely not so fast food).
