I have NEVER been treated so badly by a customer service worker in my life! And the manager was not concerned at all. Pathetic excuse for a Whataburger! I would never recommend this place.

Whataburger is probably my favorite fast food establishment. This is the WORST Whataburger location ever. Have been here 4 times since moving here a little over a year ago and every time it's been awful. The service is incredibly slow and the order has never been made correctly. Go to literally anywhere else.

Just landed and stopped before going to the hotel as I was starving. Normally, whataburger is my go-to. Ordered and went to the hotel. Found out it wasn't my order.. not even a burger.. chicken, with nothing on it. Since I have been traveling all day I opted to eat it and it was very boring.. the shake tasted so bad I threw it out. Very disappointed!

The only reason this place stays in business is because it is a Whataburger. This store continues to disappoint. I ordered delivery through the app. My order was missing my drink and shake. I called the store and was told to come in to the store and they could remake my order or refund. So much for delivery. I go into the store and I am told to work with the delivery service. I told him it was their delivery service. He then tells me to use the app to get a refund. Unbelievable! I don't say this lightly - please stop giving this location business. I am done with this location.

It's not okay to have the guy taking out the trash to also bring yur good to the table....Fries were cold and soggy..burger meat was GREY...boy, have they regressed as a burger

I was here today and did a quick order and it was not busy so I thought it was the perfect time. Well they forgot an item with my order that I paid extra for and they did not put any condiments with my food. I typically check my food before I leave but I didn’t think they would make a mistake because it was so slow inside, but that was my mistake for thinking otherwise. I did not notice the mistake and did not want to drive all the way back either but I know now for next time.

I won’t be back. For the second day in a row, I went to the location at 5266 Preston Rd and ordered breakfast. Each time, the person taking my order asked if I wanted condiments, and I said yes, clearly stating what I wanted.

On the first day, I drove off only to find no condiments in the bag. Wanting to give them another chance, I returned the next day. This time, I specifically asked again at the window, and the young man assured me, “It’s in the bag already.” Unfortunately, it wasn’t.

I know it’s partly my fault for trusting them again, but it won’t happen a third time.

I ordered DoorDash 3.0 miles drive. Our food wasn’t just cold. It was ice cold. Hamburgers laying on top of ice cold salad. The order was correct, but there’s no reason our food should have been this cold.
