Went inside to buy something to eat with my kids. Overheard a customer talking to the staff claiming pieces of metal being in his burger. We turned around and left not wanting to take that chance

Always dirty, unfriendly staff, bad customer service and the food is nasty, especially for the price. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Normally, I love this place but today I asked for a lettuce wrap meaning lettuce with no bun and they gave me the lettuce separate from the burger sub from all the sides and no sauce like I’m supposed to sit there in my car and put it together
