Got my order wrong, over charged me and food was way overcooked. I've had many perfectly cooked whataburgers at different locations. This was just so overly done it was like eating meat flavored cardboard. Typical fast food atmosphere. Will not be going back

Straight up terrible. Went into the store stood around for few minutes. Asked these dummies for a cashier, nobody responded. Employee walks in, opens the register never Acknowledges me nor takes an order then just leaves. This place needs to fire every one of their damn managers because they are asinine!

My 2 favorite places right next to each other, HEB & Whataburger! Every time I go grocery shopping, I hit up this Whataburger and it NEVER disappoints. The food is always fresh, the people are super nice, and it has been getting faster and faster since opening. Honestly now, I think it’s better than the other Whataburgers in the area.

I wait for 2-3 min before someone ever greets me to asked for my order. 9-10 I’m just picking up a mobile order with 1 item in it.
The wait just to be greeted is insane.
When more food options open up I’ll probably never eat here again. Which is sad, I like Whataburger

Came through the drive thru a couple hours ago , legit got my food in under 3 minutes when i'm used to sometimes waiting way longer ! Fries were also hot and order was made correctly. Good improvement whataburger 👍🏼

No idea why there are so many low reviews lol everytime i come here my food doesn't take long and fries are always hot. Only area to improve in is customer service , you guys have about 2-3 friendly employees but the others have no sense of urgency. Overall 9/10!

Orders are always delayed, and the wait times are unreasonable for a place that markets itself as fast food. If you’re in a hurry and just need to grab something quickly, this is not the location to visit. You will end up standing around far longer than expected, with no sense of urgency from the staff. At this point, the delays aren’t occasional, they’re routine. If time matters to you, avoid this branch.
