This used to be a prime spot and now it's just needing a new owner and manager especially the manager with the GOATEE. Be aware!!! I paid my bill and still couldn't get a glass of water for 20 minutes. They tried to blame it on me, which eveRY GREAT establishment does bc the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT, or NO?! Anyways, bottom line this used to be a place to go now it's the LAST place to go. Good luck & God rest your souls. Now I've been accused of "verbally assaulting J.C.'s manager team. First off, when you have already paid your bill you don't ask that person have you paid your bill 4x over. Secondly, I was with one of my best friends. This is what you would call a "regular". I'm surprised you have them but by the parking lot on a Friday night, I get it. If my "punishment" is to NEVER HAVE TO COME BACK HERE, I MORE THAN MADE MY POINT. Your "MANAGEMENT TEAM" is your friend with a GOATEE and your All-Stars that are barely over 18 bc you can't get the REAL ALL-STARS is just sad. I didn't give a dang about your waitresses. It was your "management team". It makes sense that you make your "ALL-STARS" the go to bc if I was "bothering them" I would've most likely been warned. YET, all I ever did was speak to my GIRLFRIEND on the phone outside. THE OWNER WAS NOT THERE. He is going off of what he was being told. TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. You KNOW you won't make it another 3 years. A good owner has such a big opportunity here. It isn't J.C. WHAT A COWARD WAY TO LME BACK AT A REVIEW. It's the most shallow, unintelligent, uninformed "defense" you have. You continue to explain why I would NEVER come back here. IVE BEEN IN FRISCO BEFORE YOU EVER TRIED TO TAKE OVER. Please don't ask how I would "like" my burger cooked and when I say "well done" you give it to me "basically" raw? I'm talking raw, raw. Like cool and super red. It went in the trash. That sucks. Do better. Complete waste of money.Edit...the onion rings were very good. So at least I got something edible. I am pissed my burger was that way. ?2nd edit. Service and speed was great, but WTH? I just wish I didn't waste my money.

Trash restaurant,Was on FaceTime phone aimed toward me with my friends talking About the march madness game and Bartender number 1 was cool about me being on FaceTime as she should be and bartender number 2 tripped out and said I couldn’t be on my phone because I could be recording the girls (they ain’t that special). I simply replied you guys don’t pay my phone bill and I clearly have the phone and camera facing toward me. She told the manager and they kicked me out because I wouldn’t put my phone down at the bar. Food is very mid pretty sure they stay in business because all the old men that go in there actually thinking they are gonna get laid by the mid looking servers.
Had an amazing time here the other night. Our waitress Rose was the best. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided amazing service the entire time we were there.

Table for wheelchair is in corner with no tv staring at the corner wall what a joke and waitress didn’t say a word or interact not going back, first of all being short staffed has nothing to do with service if your going to charge full outrageous prices I want full experience and why would you put a table like that can’t even watch any tv
