This is my last time going to Wing Stop. Absolutely NO FLAVOR. What happened? And do I need to ask for hard wings? Nice looking location but the quality of taste has gone down. Terrible. Go somewhere else.

Let me start off by saying AJ has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I pulled up with the intent to just go to the post office next door… and when I got out of my car my glass vase fell out and broke, so there was glass shattered pieces all on the ground. I went to pick up the larger pieces so that the car next to me didn’t roll over any of the glass while backing out. As I’m doing so, of course I cut my finger!.. Just a small cut nothing major… nonetheless I go inside and say “I know this is odd to ask but do you have a broom and dustpan, I just broke some glass outside” AJ without hesitation, hands me some gloves and heads to go get the broom and dustpan. He see’s my cut on my finger and says “hold on”… goes to get me a band-aid and proceeds to put the band-aid on my finger. Really brightened my hectic day!! I then came back in after my postal run because of course now I have to buy something. So I inquire about the NEW Mexican Street spice… and given his awesome customer service, he asks me if I want to try the new flavor… and brings out on a boneless wing for me to try it on. It was soo good that I ended up ordering it on my tenders!! Talking about Top Tier Customer Service!!!

Came in the lady at the front who takes oders had a nasty attitude didn't speak much or understand English at all. She begun to have an attitude with me due to her frustration. I got discriminated then spoke very badly about me to the other coworker in Spanish I understood what she said she didn't know . By the time I got my oder it was completely wrong. Then I decided to leave due to the fact of the service was wrong from the beginning and the food. I asked for my refund immediately they could not even figure out how to do a refund at all. They had to call the store owner to try and do it. They tried to offer cash I said no I didn't pay with cash I used a credit card. So why should I get cash. Then to make it even a worse experience they didnt even know how to print my refund receipt. Worst experince I do not recommend this specific wing stop

Ordered my food for the game 3 days before the big game. Full hour and a half wait time late getting order out. Don't order here, ahead if time or day of anything. Customer service is ugly no information given and just argued with over their delay. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I watched a customer come in today 1/1/2025 with a wrong order, then the cashier lady proceeded to argue that she didn’t make any mistakes. She was also extremely rude and unprofessional, saying things like “don’t speak to me and I do not care”. Furthermore, the other customer showed similar lack of professionalism, such as “I hope she spits in your food”. 0/10, the employees have ruined the experience and I would not recommend this establishment. This establishment has the worst customer service

There was a Indian man who walked in with his daughter trying to get their correct order because the lady behind the counter gave him something he didn’t ask for. When he tried to speak, they kept talking over him. The customer service of this place has really gone down. I’m disappointed.
Worst customer service from a girl from the counter, she ordered wrong wings and when we asked to correct it, she is arguing that our order is wrong and you are lying where we placed our regular order that we have been placing for years. I would recommend the owner of the store to coach her on the customer service and hospitality.

Last night ordered a 10 piece well done.
Chicken wasn’t well done so I took it back.
They refried the same chicken and handed the greasy bird right back to me.
I’m just writing to thank you for giving me the motivation to stop eating wing stop and all fast food in general.
The bar is so low now i wouldn’t give this to my 3-legged dog

To Corporate: It makes no sense to place Walk-in to go orders in the same spot as call-in and online orders. There is a person waiting why not hand it to them directly? The pandemic is over and protocol should be updated to reflect that.
The name system does not work either. My name was never called so you are just sitting there pointlessly waiting. This forces the customer to be proactive about when their food is ready.

Sebastian and his evening team were awesome!!!!!
Ordered online and arrived early for our order,. And I have to say that I am impressed with these guys and gals in the kitchen! Even though no one ever answers back, they greeted each and every client that walked in the door. They kept the refill station fully stocked and clean. These guys were slanging wings left and right! Did you know they can make up to 300 orders in an hour!!! That’s hella wild! Come by and give them some more business! Truly amazing to see hard working young fellows in our communities.
