Let me start off by saying AJ has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I pulled up with the intent to just go to the post office next door… and when I got out of my car my glass vase fell out and broke, so there was glass shattered pieces all on the ground. I went to pick up the larger pieces so that the car next to me didn’t roll over any of the glass while backing out. As I’m doing so, of course I cut my finger!.. Just a small cut...

There was a Indian man who walked in with his daughter trying to get their correct order because the lady behind the counter gave him something he didn’t ask for. When he tried to speak, they kept talking over him. The customer service of this place has really gone down. I’m disappointed.

Usually decent bone-in at this location.

Last night ordered a 10 piece well done.

Chicken wasn’t well done so I took it back.

They refried the same chicken and handed the greasy bird right back to me.

I’m just writing to thank you for giving me the motivation to stop eating wing stop and all fast food in general.

The bar is so low now i wouldn’t give this to my 3-legged dog
