We’re glad we went because honestly the wings were great, they were ready on time and the lady that helped us was really nice.

Missing a large order of fries. I spoke to the store manager and she asked if I wanted to come pick them up. I told her I would like to have them delivered. She got pretty snippy and told me they don’t have their own delivery driver so it was DoorDash so she didn’t know if DoorDash took my fries out of my bag or what happened.

The staff is horrible like they don’t want to be there. The app said the food was ready but when I walked in, it wasn’t actually done. I watched the staff put my food on the shelf and until I asked if that was mine, I wouldn’t have gotten it. And then I still had to ask for my drink which the staff was slow to get. All in all, another horrible experience. This particular location had made me stop coming to wingstop but another location I visited as month ago gave me faith. So I thought to visit this one again and I left angry once more. Never visiting this location ever again!!!
