The ambience and atmosphere are quite good, creating a nice setting for dining. I ordered the Tom Kha soup with spice level 5 — the flavor was good, though not exceptional. I also tried the Chicken Drunken Noodles at the same spice level, and as an Indian, I felt that even the highest spice level was just right for me. The taste was enjoyable overall, but my biggest disappointment was that the food wasn’t served hot enough. That really took away from the experience.

Food and service were fantastic. Had the Thai Fried Rice and it was great. They are very consistent with their The Colony location. Both are awesome!

Received a outdated menu with lower prices then what was actually charged and they wouldn't honor the lower prices despite it being a mistake on their end

I am torn about this place - the food is great, but the service is seriously lacking. I've ordered a specific dish multiple times, requesting extra broccoli each time, and been charged accordingly. However, I've consistently received only 2 pieces of broccoli with my meal. When I called to point out the error, the staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. It's clear that they're more focused on taking our money than providing good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

The food was excellent. I had the rare beef noodle soup and it was wonderfully seasoned with a large portion. The service was great and the atmosphere was excellent.

I ordered 4 dishes from Mannie Thai Restaurant and was shocked to receive 4 half portions and one dish completely missing. When I called to resolve the issue, at first they pretended they couldn’t hear me and kept making excuses. Only after I raised my voice did they finally respond—offering just a store credit instead of fixing the mistake.

This feels like a scam: take your money, deliver incomplete food, and then trap you into coming back with store credit. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly caution others before ordering from here.

Manee Thai Cuisine & Bar in Frisco is a great spot for Thai food! The staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes the dining experience enjoyable. The food is flavorful and well-prepared.
I tried the papaya salad — it was fresh and tasty, though a little too sour for my preference. The spice levels are on point. I ordered level 2, and it was just the right amount of kick for someone who doesn’t want it too spicy.
Overall, good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. I’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

We are deeply disappointed in Manee Thai. We have been eating here regularly for takeout and in restaurant since the name changed to Manee. We liked supporting local business and also their food was delicious.
We were there in July and ordered takeout. When we got home, our fried rice dish was not cooked all the way. The rice they had used was old and hard and crunchy, like it hadn't thawed all the way from a freezer. The chicken also had a strange fishy smell. No problem, right? We are regulars here. I'm assuming they will take care of this, easy peasy. So I gave them a call and very nicely explained the situation and asked for a refund just for the fried rice. I was told there was no manager around and there was nothing they could do but leave a note for a free redo of the fried rice. The employee sounded very unsure when I asked how that would work. I didn't feel very confident in this method, since we didn't know when our next visit would be, and whether that hand written note would even still be there or honored. So again, I explained we were long time regular customers and I just wanted to speak to a manager. Then the employee, younger male with glasses who I had picked up the order from, told me to hold and he would get the manager. ( I thought the manager was gone?)
While on hold, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. So I called back and the same employee answered again. I explained the phone had been disconnected, and he said he would take my name and phone number and have the manager call me back in 10 minutes to resolve the issue. 30 minutes, an hour, 3 hours later, nothing. I even gave them 24 hours as I understand restaurants can get busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to call me since he promised someone would call me back. It has been 2 months, and NOTHING. It could have been so easily solved by a manager, but they chose the avoidance strategy instead. Out of principle, we will not give this restaurant our business anymore. I wish they would have just followed up.

Ordered food to go - Food was unappealing. Padd Thai dish was all 1 color and stuck together. Couldn't tell the chicken from the noodles. Spent over $80 on horrible take out.

Been here a few times with my family. My wife is Thai and from Bangkok. She says that this is potentially one of the most (if not THE most) authentic Thai restaurants in the area. There is maybe 1 other restaurant we would consider as authentic as Manee, but I won't mention them here to detract away from this great restaurant.

We've had their noodle dishes, soup dishes, rice dishes, salads, and appetizers. Everything hits the mark in the way you would expect. My kids love the kids pho, so its also great that they have something they can eat while the adults get their fill in with the spicier dishes. On top of that everything comes out quickly without much of a wait at all.

Service every time is amazing with the owner/manager having checked-in with us on each visit to make sure everything is good. We had an issue with a dish from our last visit, but they quickly took care of the issue and offered an explanation for why the issue occurred (which we greatly appreciated).

We will for sure be coming back. This restaurant is approved by a native Thai person (aka my wife) and we highly recommend it fort anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine.
