Manee Thai Cuisine & Bar

On our way back from long doctor's appointment, we were starving for a nice hot lunch. We decided to take a chance on trying out Manee Thai. We definitely hit the jackpot on the best Thai food in Frisco area!!! I would give 10 if I could!!! The traditional ambiance , smiling & attentive server THOMAS and the friendly authentic CHEF JET with excellent tasting Thai dishes made my day! My favorite lunch dish was L7 with glass noodles, fresh vegetable with chicken & L8 and of course the dessert was generous portion of Sticky rice w Mango!! CHEF JET 's culinary skills are enhanced w his great garnishing!! We asked for less carbs , more veggies & Protein and from Thomas to Jet , they delivered it the best! Planning to take bunch of our different gps we dine out! Would highly recommend this place !!

Just had lunch at Manee Thai, and honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. The food is incredible every dish we ordered had that perfect balance of flavor and spice without feeling heavy. The ambience is cozy and warm, the kind of spot where you instantly feel relaxed as soon as you sit down.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waiter Yashu checked on us a couple of times to make sure the spice level was right and that we were actually enjoying the food, not just pretending to. Even the owner stopped by our table with this genuine, friendly vibe, asking how everything tasted and if we needed anything adjusted. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving and how people experience it.

Overall, such a solid lunch spot, definitely coming back.

Authentic, Flavorful & Fantastic!
Manee Thai is an absolute gem! Every bite was bursting with fresh, authentic Thai flavors. I had the Crab Rangoon, Pork Belly Khaopiek & Chicken Satay and Nam Khao it was perfectly balanced—sweet, savory, and just a hint of lime. The server Jenny & Tommy was quick and incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. This is my new favorite Thai/Lao spot in the city. Five stars, hands down! I would highly recommend this place for all my friends & family :) Samantha Li

Cashier needs to learn how to talk to customer. They cannot promise 15 min wait time and make customer wait 45 mins. I understand these things happens when restaurant get busy but the attitude and way of talking in crucial to diffuse the situation.

Today I went to this restaurant and had the beef rib oxtail pho. Chef Jet 👨‍🍳 must of put his heart and soul in it. When I tell you it was amazing! Warm, hearty, seasoned and meat was so tender.Im going back tomorrow. Chef's kiss! My waiter Thomas was very attentive and nice! Most definitely making this my PHO spot this cold season! THIS IS A MUST TRY!

Manee Thai, 10/10 please come get your spicy basil leaves and ribs...Thomas was so helpful...came in as a family of 5 adults and 3 kids very accommodating all around...convenient parking..I could go on and on...spice level 5 was definitely 🥵...but I truly enjoyed consider the recs from the servers they truly know the Thai Cuisine...thank you guys 💯!

Terrible takeout service.
There was no mango in the mango with coconut sticky rice.
Added chicken to our veggies only yellow curry order.
Called to ask for a refund / replacement and they asked to bring the entire order back. Apparently it is their policy.

This place has been my favorite Thai restaurant around for years. Sadly, the quality has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The Thai tea is now not drinkable. They only ever play Taylor Swift and it’s blasting every time I go in. The service has went downhill. It seems like the staffing has changed completely and is pretty rude. Even when trying to pay, they have an issue. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The food has taken a turn for the worse too. Please bring back the old values you guys used to have. I will forever miss the enjoyment we used to get out Manee Thai. RIP.

The absolute BEST place for Thai, Vietnamese & Laotian food in DFW. Vietnamese spring rolls with shrimp & peanut sauce: perfection. Steamed vegetables: perfection. Spicy Leaf Basil Duck: perfection. They are famous for the spicy leaf basil dishes—perfectly seasoned, so so tasty. They even include two slices of real coconut with their coconut juice. Brilliant touch and invigorating! They have many steamed options if you’re trying to avoid fried food. The chef was even willing to cook my dishes without vegetable oil so I could avoid gut issues. Service is excellent, the food even better. Can’t wait to try the beef rib phō and the spicy basil leave beef next time! You will NOT be disappointed in this place.
