I needed a last minute cake for my sisters birthday Miss Adelayo was the only person who answered the phone when I went through the list of cake decorators in the area. She was able to make this beautiful cake for my sister’s birthday with just one days notice and helped me receive the cake outside of her business hours. Her services and work are outstanding and she is the most efficient and flexible person i’ve ever met. If you need a cake last minute or with time to spare Yummy Texture is the place to get it.

Disappointing cake experience. This shop looks to promote high quality cake products and because of that, I purchased a small slice which was $10!!! Gulp! It looked yummy but it was very dense, low on the sweetness (which is ok) kind of dry and chewy at the same time. The icing was the worst part. It was cold and hard (i even let it sit out for a bit) and it fell into little hard chunks. The icing on the cupcakes displayed looked beautiful but the cake slices are stuffed into a plastic container which takes a bit to get open. I will say i bought a big chunky chocolate chip coconut cookie and it was AMAZING! $5.50 for that though! Another GULP! Customer service was ehhh. He charged my card before telling me the total and when i asked how much he never answered me. I would not recommend buying this for any special occasion, gift or just as a special sweet treat for yourself. Just too expensive and not worth the price given the taste and quality. I was very disappointed. Thr store is beautiful though but smelled like rotten eggs. Now to figure out how to post these pictures.

Fiti makes amazing cakes. All flavors Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate are wonderful. We ordered a cake for our daughters birthday and it came out so good. One feedback, It would be good to have more area for customers to sit down and eat.
She makes the best cakes and her shop is super clean. My favorite is the red velvet cake slice and chocolate covered strawberries! Thank you for my beautiful cakes and treats Titi!!

This place is one of the only places in the area that sell Nigerian fruit cake. Please don't confuse it with the American fruit cake version, the one often used as door stops and for regifting to the boss everyone hates or to a neighbor you don't know too well. This fruit cake is more like a delicious rum cake infused with fruit. This fruit cake is lighter and is easier on the palate than the American version. The fruit cake was moist, decadent and had the perfect texture! I brought this cake to a potluck and everyone loved it, many didn't think it was a fruitcake! Overall I would definitely recommend the fruitcake. I haven't tried the cupcakes or cakes, but hands down the fruitcake was a winner!

I met with Titi to create my magical 50th birthday cake and cupcakes. The night of my party basically she forgot. The cake arrived as I was due to walk in my party. One hour before my party ends the cupcakes arrived by another Uber driver. Titi didn't want to refund half my money for a disastrous delivery and an Epic failure. I waisted 800 dollars for an inconsiderate, forgetful business owner that only refunded me 250 for a night that I don't have photographs of my cake table. Don't waist your money with someone that uses Uber for deliveries. Hire a professional that want forget and uses a professional delivery service!!

The right level of sweetness and was very moist (which is very key for me).Shoutout to Aunty Titi (the owner of this business), she’s super professional and goes above and beyond to deliver the best service.I walked into the store for the first time to order my birthday cake as I had heard of her from friends. We got talking and I was able to try different flavors (chocolate, red velvet and strawberry cake) which tasted heavenly and were moist (I stay emphasizing this cause dry cakes are a big no).I loved how warm and welcoming she was to me and I immediately went ahead to order my cake and let me tell you all she over delivered and even added an extra inch to it.She gave me cookies and a slice of her rum cake to try and can I say that these were all back to back hits. That rum cake with ice cream is the perfect combination.As someone who loves cakes and can be very picky about the cakes I buy, this cake scored really high for me.All I am trying to say is if you are scrolling through the reviews and are unsure, here I am telling you to give this place a try.
