We ordered the family meal with popcorn chicken, everything was good but the chicken! Chewy and dry. We called them right after and instead of them saying i am so sorry about this, or something nice, we got attitude and the manager said “ well i dropped those myself and I know they are done right. “
This isn’t customer service!! I order from them all the time and the chicken has never been like this. We went ahead and asked if they could make it right, she said “ what do you want me to do”? Boy oh boy!
Well we asked to get some more, her reply was , “well they are going to be the same as you have got” so I said “ you mean dry and chewy”?
She said that is the way popcorn chicken is. We ended up getting chicken tenders, they were ok but we will not go back again. It would have been different if they were actually nice without attitude!!
The cornbread is amazing also the mac and cheese but very disappointed. Rate this order 2/10 just for the other stuff. $30 is a good deal if it tastes good but could have got better chicken from the frozen section at walmart. Maybe its the chicken they are receiving or maybe its old idk but they need to fix it!
