Urban Bird Hot Chicken offers quality hot chicken that is consistently fresh and delicious, with generous portions that are very filling, especially with their tasty urban fries. While their spice scale could use improvement, the food is juicy, crunchy, and well-seasoned, making it a great option for halal chicken lovers. However, some customers have faced issues with their orders, including missing items like Flamin Hot Cheeto fries and discrepancies in pricing for urban fries. Additionally, there are limited options for those with dietary restrictions, as the vegan choice contains gluten. Despite these concerns, the food remains enjoyable for many.
