“Had their BOGO today (spicy) with Sprite (no ice). I attempted to go inside, but the line was long-ish and I didn't see any available tables. Drive thru didn't look so bad, so we attempted it, although considering just bypassing. It smelled REALLY appetizing. We found a shaded spot on the way home and enjoyed the TENDER, JUICY fingers, the plump, salted-just-right fries, and the unbelievable but well-executed thought of a piece of toast!! So, seriously, can someone come pick me up and take me home? Imma take a nap! 💤“

We got all the regular staples and loved it all: salt and pepper pork chops (not the dinky small ribs, but nice sized and not the fatty part), flat noodles, bok choy, scallion pancakes and fried rice - seriously, it was so so good. We will skip the XLB here though 😂.

One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? “Had the chance to Visit while I was in Town from Dallas and let me tell you. The CRAZY BURGER 🍔 was HUGE all the way its big enough to feed to people. I managed to finish it all. I will definitely return again. So if u are looking for a big huge enormous burger in Houston Try them out u won't be Disappointed trust me. Only disappointment is there is NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE, BUT THERE IS A GAS STATION NEXT DOOR TO USE THERE'S.“

Service is good, but not great… A bit of an odd ordering/delivery system, no one ever asked how it was after they dropped my food at my table… 3 employees walked by before I could ask for a to-go box…“

“Chicken salad chick has always been one of my favorites. But when I went through the drive-through on Good Friday. I was surprised with an Easter egg basket where I could choose two eggs. Each egg had a surprise in it. I opened the eggs and received a free side item and a coozy. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun at a drive-through window. Great job!“

“Best chicken in town. Food is always hot, always fresh. I typically pick up a family meal for dinner through the drive through, but have been to the buffet a few times in the past. Great food weather your driving through or eating at the buffet inside.“

I loved how, while I was waiting, he took the time to ask about my day, something no other employee has done before. The food is always high quality, and the service here is excellent.“

“We brought a reward coupon for one of my daughters to the window and the other, who had not read as many books, did not have one. I ordered two identical meals, and both Isidro at the drive through and Essence, the manager, wanted to make sure she didn’t feel left out! As a single mom, this was more than a gesture and they are loving their dinner as we are winding down from a night of activities. Food is great and hope they save me a bite! Small gestures are teaching my girls to be amazing! I am sorry big ones across the street, this place has my loyalty for keeping two seven year olds both proud of themselves today!“

“This lady name Sara, ma'am got mad at her staff that is a elderly person. Now because of that is that a way to handle a situation with an attitude to the customer or to your staff? If I wasn't to much in a rush I would of love to talk to another manager since she's one of the manager. You don't talk to anyone like that or handle the food with so much anger nor give an attitude to your customer. Lady has short black hair, bilingual 2.26.26 at 935 am“
