The Best ever Fries I've ever tasted... 👌🏾

$90 for a meal for 4 people without a tip. Puck up your own food. Food was so-so. Hindsight we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant with full service for the same price. If the food was extraordinary it may have been worth it. But not the case. 3 starts because the staff there were really nice.

I love meat and shake. The food is always fresh, but they tend and prepare quickly.

It was $90 for a family of 4 to eat for lunch. That is highway robbery and we will not be going back again. This is just way too expensive for burgers and fries.

First lady at register couldn't understand English. Second lady barely spoke with broken English .. good luck trying to get a burger right here that's gonna cost you $20

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single.
Ordered seasoned fries but they covered them so bad they werent edible .

Top notch service. I felt like I had to write a review due to the nice gesture from the staff there. Being the clumsy person that I am, I knocked over my my fries as I was getting ketchup and since it was my mistake, I was willing to live with whatever fries I still had in by bag. But as soon as they saw that they offered me a fresh batch of fries without me asking for it. It's not much, but it's the little things that makes all the difference.

It had been a while since we went to a five guys, and I saw one in the area and decided to stop by. The store was so clean and well kept, the service was quick and the food was delicious, I love how they’re so generous with the amount of fries they give you. It is a bit pricey for what you get but it’s good quality food so it’s understandable. I’d also like to give a shoutout to Alexis, she attended us and took our order, and she answered all our questions and helped us figure out what to get. She was very sweet and such a joy.

Best Burgers and Amazing Service!

Five Guys never disappoints! Their burgers are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries are crispy and delicious, and the free toppings let you customize your meal just the way you like it.

The service is outstanding—friendly, fast, and always with a smile. Whether dining in or taking out, the quality and consistency are top-notch.

I believe this is a new location in Fulshear, close to Katy & it’s really nice and clean. We liked the food - burgers, fries & milkshake

Everyone knows what Five Guys is about: burgers, fries, and enough peanuts to start your own airline snack service. But this location? It felt more like Five Tries.

The staff seemed like they were meeting both the register and each other for the first time. It took a full committee to figure out how to ring up a burger. I half expected someone to call tech support. Communication was minimal, unless you count confused looks and awkward silence as team-building.

If you’re into watching a team improvise customer service in real time, this place is a must-visit. Otherwise, maybe try another location where the grill isn’t the only thing getting overheated.

Very bad service and expensive, ordered 4 burgers and ended up paying almost $90. And when I got home one of the burgers had no patties. A Burger with no meet !! Will not go to this place anymore

Cinco ranch permanently closed....

Other stores give extra bacon for free. This one you have to pay. Burguer is very expensive and makes no sense if you need to pay even more for some extra topping. I like the brand but I will not be coming again to this store.
