Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

EDIT: Significant improvements have been made in all aspects. Would enjoy dining here again.

The majority of the soda fountains are un-carbonated, and the ice dispenser is barely functional. The employees are predominantly rude and inattentive, failing to greet or express any sort of happiness. The quantity of fries provided per order has been cut in half since the opening. Additionally, the burgers have undergone a huge reduction in size. Most tables are extremely dirty at any given time. The restaurant’s temperature is consistently freezing. The employees are excessively loud in the kitchen. Food wait times are typically extended to over ten minutes, even during periods of low customer traffic. For instance, it took 20 minutes to receive a single concrete. Furthermore, the restaurant’s lighting is flickering. I could continue adding the numerous problems of this establishment. The sole reason I awarded it two stars is the redeeming quality of the sauce. I am not returning until the management implements significant improvements.

Very good food! Burgers, fries & ice cream! There were 5 of us and our order came out sporadically, very different times. The server was very kind to hustle up more sauses & ketchup on request. A wee bit pricy.

I was surprised by how STACKED the burger was. I had been to other Freddy's locations before, but this one is a cut above the rest.

I chowed down on mine...had to take a picture of my mom's burger (she cut it in half 😅)

When ordering my food. I let them know I had a food allergy to tomato and onions and asked if they could change their food gloves. My food was very good and they even came to check on me. Thank you for going the extra mile for me.

My grilled cheese burger was so dry and the sandwich just didn't look well put together. This was my first time at this location. The drive-thru moved very slowly. Disappointing visit.

Used to be a 5 star rating.. paid for a triple, but received a double.. steak burgers were not as juicy.. no fry sauce nor napkins were given this time.. has the management changed? It was one of my favorite spots to enjoy burgers..

We love their frozen custard! Slightly overpriced, but very good nonetheless

The burgers were delicious! The people were super nice, helpful, and welcoming. Service was so fast!

Food was good but bathrooms were horribly disgusting No one seems to keep up on the cleaning. Service wasn't very good.Had to wait at least six minutes before somebody took our order.Nobody was at the counter and there was only two people in the store
