Customer service is pretty poor. There's only 1 customer in line and the cashier does his stuff in the front end (without acknowledging the customer in line btw), takes about 6-7 min, then takes the order of the customer. Why can't he first acknowledge the customer, take the order, then go do this front end thing. I mean if there's a big line, sure he has his responsibility. But when there's only 1 person in line, you should take their order, and do everything at once rather than prep 1 person's food at a time. Very inconsistent customer service.

Ordered take out this afternoon and loved how quickly the drive through staff. Food was good until I felt something on the bottom of my spicy chicken sandwich as I was taking a bite and it was a plastic bread tie.

Bad service! Recent Lunch order was completely wrong. Large order for spicy and was given mild and chicken was likely from yesterday’s batch. The batter had no flavor and the chicken taste old and not a fresh batch as we expected since the store just opened up for the day. Mistakes are prevalent at this location. Every time we tried ordering at this location something is incorrect with the order. This is the very last time we would ever purchase from this location. Avoid this location. Store should change quickly or shut down is inevitable. May need to report to the health department for the food quality issue.

Reliable and chicken is always fresh! Staff is friendly and helpful when I stop in for lunch. Never had any issues at this location.
We bought the 8-piece with half original and half spicy flavor chicken and 6-sweet-spicy wings. The batter is quite tasteless and not what they said to have - traditional savory Louisiana herbs.
