I ordered the salted matcha milk tea with crunchy boba and a bubble waffle. The tea itself was really good and had a nice matcha flavor. I personally didn’t like the crunchy boba that much, but the drink overall was still enjoyable.
The bubble waffle was good, fresh and warm. The place has a simple but nice atmosphere, and the service was friendly. Overall, a good spot if you want a relaxing drink and waffle. 🍵🧇

Been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed (and I am very picky about my boba drinks). Boba is always perfectly sweet and drinks are always on point! Staff is also always friendly!
Great customer service. Love the bubble waffles and vanilla cream. The manager is extremely nice and helpful
