Horrible attitude from the bigger lady (maroon shirt today) and drive through lady (red lipstick with black outline). We barely came in, barely chose what we want. They gave each other side eyes and a smirk, because we took 5 seconds too long to decide?, right in front of us. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

We ordered birthday donuts for our daughter and she loved it! We were able to get the alphabet donuts in the colors the bday girl wished for. They were ready on time, fresh and fluffy. Highly recommend !

Coming from Ohio, I'm used to a variety of doughnuts not just glazed, iced glazed and doughnut holes, so I wasn't impressed, disappointed in the selection

The food was good but the staff was not very attentive. They even forgot to an item in my bag. After all the customers left, my daughter tried to place an order, and the staff walked past her several times. I had to go to the counter to get their attention. Come on, customer service matters.

The lady named Laura this old lady with white hair and glasses was rude. I told her if she can serve me my full amount of my iced coffee and she quickly said no. It looks like she spilled half of it and just gave it to me like that cause she was in a rush. Horrible service. She had a red shirt on.

How do they NEVER have Whole Milk?! Then to say you want OJ, Strawberry Milk, or Apple Juice. None of those are equivalent to Whole White Milk! Sigh The Kolaches are sometimes a bit hard. They are always friendly & my donuts are always hot.

3/28/24 8:30am- I came in to pick up some kolaches and the same lady handling the money went and got my food with her bare hands and started to pick at my food to remove something “hard” according to her. When someone told her to put some gloves on and get me another one, she ignored him and didn’t use gloves. Of course I didn’t take it. What a waste of time. This was so disgusting, they have no standards. You’re better off going to the location on spring green and cinco ranch.
Always the best all the donuts are delicious and all the staff and ladies there are very nice and happy people my favorite place to buy and eat ? is shipley's.
