3/28/24 8:30am- I came in to pick up some kolaches and the same lady handling the money went and got my food with her bare hands and started to pick at my food to remove something “hard” according to her. When someone told her to put some gloves on and get me another one, she ignored him and didn’t use gloves. Of course I didn’t take it. What a waste of time. This was so disgusting, they have no standards. You’re better off going to the location on spring green and cinco ranch.

Always such an easy in and out at this Shipleys! It’s our favorite by far. They are always so nice and helpful. Service is quick and always accurate!They have a huge selection but you can’t beat their donut holes & jalapeño cheese kolaches!

No wonder why this place doesn't have good review. This morning I came in and got a donut and a kolache. I was going to eat them in my car so I politely asked the lady to warm them up a bit. She shook her head and rolled her eye and looked directly at my eyes. Fell like she wanted to say "really?" Need to train for customer service.
