I've been to this location a lot and it's suprisingly one of the best Sonics I've been to (and I've been to quite a few). I always place my order through the mobile app and check in right when I get there. I've never had an issue with getting my food/drinks in less than 5 minutes, if even.

Staff does not have good communication skills. They failed to effectively inform the customer that an item would not be served with it’s sauce until after someone asked them why there was no sauce. Employees should tell the customer, “Oh btw, there’s no sauce.”

Came by to get a M&M blast but sadly they were out of M&m’s so instead I got a small cherry limeade. Cameron upgraded me to a medium since he felt bad they were out of m&m’s! Seems small but he didn’t have to do that, very nice!
