When you act like neglecting or ignoring customers please be more smart. store has no one inside and I am alone in line an no one out of the 3 persons in the work area even care to ask if I need something. Even i got my order. no one call, or even care to look although I was sitting in the place. If you are selective in your service to specific race or color please let us know(client before me in the store was having a lovely chat for long with the worker).

I was just here a few days and the girl at the drive-thru line was so welcoming and helpful. Her name was Taylor I think and she got my order out so fast and did it all with a big smile! We need more employees like her. It made my day and I will definitely be coming back!!

I’m a frequent visitor to Starbucks, and while I enjoy the brand overall, my experiences at this particular location have consistently been disappointing. Every time I’ve visited, there has been some sort of issue, which is not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.On my most recent visit, I requested a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but with a twist - I wanted it over ice. To my surprise, my request was denied. I was told that this was not how the drink is typically served, and they couldn’t accommodate my simple request for customization. This was particularly disappointing because Starbucks is known for its willingness to customize drinks to customer preferences.To make matters worse, I had to improvise to get my desired drink by requesting additional cups and ice. The hot tea was filled to the very brim of the cup, making it a scorching and hazardous task to transfer the liquid between cups. As I attempted to juggle the hot tea, I ended up burning my fingers, adding insult to injury.The refusal to make a small adjustment to my order, coupled with the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It’s a stark contrast to the positive experiences I’ve had at other Starbucks locations, where the baristas go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as customer service and flexibility are key to maintaining the high standards that Starbucks is known for. It would be great to see improvements at this location to match the quality of service found at other Starbucks stores.

They just hire whoever and don’t give the proper training to make drinks properly per the recipes! I just got back in town from Utah and Las Vegas. Let me tell you (2) different states and multiple different Starbucks locations and all of them made the drinks exactly the same! Why can’t these ppl follow a recipe!They SUCK! They drinks are terrible and the presentation is worse! Hire and train properly!!!!!I hope the Gm sees this because I’m fed up with this Mickey Mouse situation they have going on!

I usually love this location. But today I saw signs that holiday gifts were 30% off. No dates were posted, just signs saying 30% off. When I went to purchase the mug I was told the sale starts tomorrow. Why put signs all over the display if you aren't going to honor it? False advertising! I'm disappointed!
Coffee Master, in his black apron, Kent. was extremely rude and unattentive to my wife and daughter during their visit. didnt greet them at the box, kept telling my wife hed see her at the window after every item she ordered. was onviously not paying attention because he kept having her redo herself. he made their drinks wrong, twice, the order on the cup stickers were right but ingredients and cup sizes he handed to us were wrong, and he had the audacity to snatch the drinks out of my wifes hand and literally slam the cups down in the sink, then told the barista i know youve already made these twice but make them again, she rolled her eyes and then Kent said “trust me i know man, i know”we know how hard it is to get that black apron, they dont even make them anymore. so for someone who’s supposed to be truly valuable to the company, he was a completely poor representation today.0 out of 5 stars for Kent

The cashier was great. The girl making my drinks was struggling with the lids and spilled one all over the counter. On her second try, she struggled again. I didn't say anything, just waited. I was tired and could clearly see she was getting flustered as she looked around for one of her peers for help. None of this really bothered me until the gentleman that helped her gave me my drinks and was passive aggressive as if I didn't smile and praise them enough. I kind of left feeling shitty that I gave a tip but didn't engage in his foolishness.
