Extremely dry bbq and the sauce was sour like if it had maga tears in it
I got a pound of brisket and half a pound of sausage. Good stuff! I've tried a few different places in town and this is definitely the best in town, as their sign says. 😉
Wow. Because on a Fri at 6pm they were already out of the pulled pork, I got 2 big ribs, a pile of potato salad, and a bowl of beans ALL FOR $9. And I have to say it is the best in the area!! Can't wait to try everything on the menu.

Jim Bob's BBQ is an unassuming place with excellent food. The brisket and sausage are some of the best in town. Portions and cuts of meat are more than adequate. Guest says the food is fresh, delicious and well‑marbled, tender, smoky. The sliced beef sandwich, sliced brisket sandwiches and chopped brisket sandwich are all delicious. A pound of brisket and half a pound of sausage are good stuff with me. The beans are fresh and the potato salad is the perfect side. Mac and cheese isn’t ready. The potato salad is ready. Order speed is. The BBQ spot is in the evenings and stands out based on food, speed of getting order and friendliness.
