Had a couple of Fried Pies Peach variety They were very flaky Great variety to choose from Took some home and they were good the next day
Absolute best food and chef around!!Always smiling and pours his heart into his food!
The worse pies in Gainsville. Look for another place on Main st. This place is nasty. The pies are skimpy and greasy.
My favorite the vanilla cream fried pie, so dang good. My husband got cherry and peach. Will definitely return…probably every trip to the RGV lol.
We were at 4503 I-35 Frontage Rd, Gainesville, TX 76240 location. The pies are good however the burger and fries were not. Very greasy and salty. Hamburger was tiny on big bun. People were very friendly.
Most definitely the worst $50 I've ever spent. We couldn't even eat it. Soggy fries with no seasoning and the burger was just drowned in bbq sauce. Soggy bun, soggy veggies. Soda machine was filthy. Don't waste your money. Whataburger is right down the road.

Can’t go wrong with their burgers, but I tried their Indian food. It was my first time and I’d order it again. Good people there.
Great burger on a road trip. We stopped on the way to Austin. It’s a small restaurant with just 4-5 tables inside next to a gas station. The burgers were delicious. Onion rings were crispy. I had never had a fried pie before. We spilt a cherry and coconut cream. Delicious. Would recommend.
The management has been changed from a year and nothing can go wrong at this place..Nothing is like gas station food..Worth every penny..Love the catfish basket, shrimp basket,Tacos and Fried Pie over here
Very good catch fish and hushpuppies! You get alot of food for $9!
